We had late check-in night and Elevator was out of service. We had to take our all bags through stairs.

Location and plenty of parking space. We requested a one-hour late checkout, and the staff courteously accommodated us. They had good outdoor seating to have fresh feel.

Very friendly and accomodating staff - My family and I were playing cards in the lobby. We thought the front desk person was coming to yell at us, but she actually asked if we wanted water. Very clean facilities and rooms. The pool area was very clean pleasant. Breakfast was yummy Complimentary popcorn in the lobby

Luckily this weekend parking was free. Normal $12 per day. I wouldn't have been happy with that. You pay enough for the rooms. Parking should be free.

It's really clean and nice but you have to pay for breakfast, it's not included. The only thing I didn't like was that there were hardly any channels on the TV and Netflix wouldn't connect.

e hated the breakfast made to order. One person working and food was cold when we got it. Had to pay for orange juice. They should can this process and go to open buffet like most good hotels do. They charged us 12.00 for parking in their parking lot. If I had known this in advance I would not have stayed there.

I didn't like that the ad said that breakfast was included and that the next day there was no breakfast. They failed us.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for travelers passing through.

I specifically paid for a room with a sleeper sofa as we are a family of 5. Our daughters got a bed, myself and my husband, and the sleeper sofa for our son. The room did not have sheets or a blanket in the closet for the sleeper sofa. By the time my son set up the sofa, everyone else was asleep from a long day of traveling. My son woke me up because he was uncomfortable and told me he couldn't find the sheet and blanket. I was in my pajamas and barely awake, so I told my son to get in bed next to his dad and I climb into bed with our twins. I couldn't sleep because I was barely on the bed as there wasn't enough room to accommodate 3 people. I told the front desk that the room didn't have sheets or a blanket for the sleeper. I was told I should have come down or called. Considering I was half asleep, in my pj's and it was really late, I don't agree. Other hotels on our road trip had sheets, a blanket and a pillow in the room for the sleeper. I suggested that upon check in we should have been asked if we would be using the sleeper and given the items at that time. I slept horribly and ended up with a sore back. Also, the door looked like someone tried to break in.

The room was large and accommodated our family of 5.

It was musky and damp smelling. The bed sunk down in the middle. The windows were rusty and the remote was sticky.

Honestly, don't fix what is not broken.

After reading the reviews, I was very hesitant to stay here. Well, I have to say the reviews are wrong! It turned to be very nice stay. I even overheard a couple not happy with something to do with their room, who I to believe to be the manager, was going above and beyond to take care of them. Something I don't see anymore in customer service, which I see rarely! I am very impressed with this place.

There were broken safety items on the door. There was only 1 trash can in the room. We were charged a pet fee but didn’t bring a pet. I had to ask for the charge to be removed from the bill. The staff on shift when we arrived in the evening were not friendly.

fire alarm went off at 10:30 pm. There was no fire but we did not get back to our room until 12:30 because no one knew how to turn the alarm off. We waited outside, then in the lobby for 2 hours. We were thristy and the staff made us pay for water. I haven't stayed at a Courtyward in a while and was surprised at how much worse it is, in every way than Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites. Even the toiled seat didn't work properly
