The booking price does not include breakfast. That is a downside. Therefore the price performance is not the greatest.

The hotel is very new. It is in a great location: it is right next to shopping and businesses. Meijer, Aldi's, and a lot of other big brands are very nearby. Really love its location and cleaniness. They offer lemon drinking water and home made cookies.

This facility design is executed with poor quality materials. This is not an operations issue, it's a poor corporate decision that unfortunately cannot be corrected.

Staff is most accommodating, and the overall layout of this particular design is open and welcoming. The rooms are most generous in size and very quiet. The outdoor patio is among the best in the hospitality industry.

Booked 2 handicap accessible rooms. Both rooms did not have handicap bathrooms (no handrails in tub, non slip grip pads in tub, no shower chair, not 18 inch height toilet or handicap rails near it. We were able to transfer 1 room on second day to make it right. Other than this issue, rooms met expectations.

I didnt like that the furniture was very stained on the chair cushions. I also think all bath tubs should be pulled from hotel rooms. But thats just my opinion.

The shower head wasn't moveable and the position wasn't good. The toilet was very low making it a challenge for my elder mother to get up and down from it.

Very clean and comfortable and super friendly and helpful check in staff! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Easy access to a shopping center and several restaurants.

Looked like mites or bed bugs on one of the queen beds. Also hair. Also crumbs right at the edge of the bed on floor. Sticky telephone keypad. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash fell off the wall so the glue was still on the wall and the bottles with extended brackets are sitting on the shelf. Was disappointed I didn’t get a complimentary bottle of water, which I normally get at other hotels. I had to be a Marriott top tier member to qualify for a $1 bottle of water.

The restaurant was not very good. For breakfast, they were out of so many ingredients there were only a few things that could be offered. And no cream for our coffee, what Starbucks doesn't have cream. Staff stood around and talked when there was a Meijer's less than 100 yards away. It was very disappointing.

Facility was great, friendly staff and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Impressed with the large modern bathroom until I took a shower....the half glass wall did nothing to stop water from going ALL over the bathroom floor! And I was looking forward to using the wall-mounted body wash dispenser only to find it EMPTY -- after I had stepped under the spray!

Luggage racks to place open open luggage would be very helpful

The staff was exceptionally courteous and accommodating. Althea at the front desk was patient and very sweet although she was very busy.
