Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI miss the hotel restaurant Courtyard used to provide. The Bistro was a VERY weak substitute. Good food service staff but still a very weak version of what Courtyard used to be known for. Bathroom towels were VERY scratchy. Need to serious consider some fabric softeners. Thought I was using sandpaper after shower. Hotel is hard to find, needs better signage. Th Mariott Extended Stay down the block was VERY easy to find with signage and that pointed the way to the Courtyard.
Overall, a decent stay with a few major exceptions. Loved the walk-in shower.

United StatesThe Hotel is so old and stingy.. The room smell.like mold.. We booked a King with a Sofa bed and allotted just a King bed and a chair. After a looong conversation they brought a rollaway for one. The booking said Breakfast included, but there was no Breakfast and when showed the reservation they gave a $10 voucher for 2(though we booked for 2 adults and 2 kids). We ended up paying for a breakfast from the Bistro. Avoid this place at any cost.

United StatesCleanliness was lacking. Carpet on second floor was dirty. The patio door was filthy and sticky- I cleaned it immediately. There were two live roaches crawling on the bed.
We left after we checked on after finding two live roaches on our bed. Did not eat breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay and liked almost everything. The overall stay was one of the best experience I had. checked in a little early and was able to get food, and go to sleep after a long day.
