We traveled for the first time to Ohio and it was just lovely. Access to many shopping areas and eaterys.

Some staff a little nonchalant and rude when asked a question. Some parts of the hotel need a little paint.

Great location in Columbus and the gym was adequate pool on the small side but nice for a splash about.

I wish they served breakfast instead of the bistro bar they have.

I loved how nice all the employees were & they were so helpful. The queen rooms were a nice size & they fit my party of 8 kids, especially with the sofa bed.

There were light switches that went to nothing. The only elevator did not require the use of my key card. Other Courtyards by Marriott that I’ve stayed at did and I liked the security of that.

It was clean and comfortable. I always love the shampoo and conditioner too. Just stayed one night so can’t really say much beyond that but I have used this hotel chain elsewhere.

The refrigerator in the room did not work which was very unfortunate because we were there for a sporting event and my daughter needed to be able to have ice cold drinks for the entire day so I had to use trash cans as ice buckets to be able to bring cold drinks. I was not able to use the ice packs for her cooler bags. Starbucks was a major selling point on selection for the hotel however the Starbucks isn't a real full Starbucks It's only basic Starbucks coffee and it's not included in the stay, neither is breakfast,You have to pay for it. so if you want a pink drink or a caramel ribbon crunch You have to go to the Starbucks that's 2 minutes up the road. Finally the pool is nothing like the photos they show, it's a square pool that is 3 to 4 ft deep. If there's more than three people in it do not bother going in . there is not enough room. It looks more like a hot tub but it's a pool. You can't even swim a lap in it because it's too small. Some of the lights were out in the room.

The staff was great. Excellent customer service, great location for everything you could possibly need, food, Walmart and target right there in literally a minute or two away. Some in walking distance. Hotel is pristine clean . Beds are comfy and have enough pillows. I will say that the amazing staff make up for any shortcomings and so do the beds. They also have some really nice smelling bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash built-in to the shower, which was a fabulous one. Great pressure and a nice huge shower head that provides plenty of water. It's walk in with tons of space and shelving. Even had a little foot rest for shaving legs!! The room itself was much much larger than any other hotel rooms we have stayed in. I can't stress this enough. Very large and comfortable!!!!

I would have liked the breakfasts, like some hotels have. I don’t eat that much, and a complimentary continental-type breakfast would have been nice. And, I wouldn’t have to leave the hotel.

I didn’t eat at the hotel. It was conveniently located for my family to get to. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. They let us do family pictures at the hotel.

No complimentary amenities. No lotion I. Bathroom, nothing but watered down decaf coffee in the room and no complimentary coffee on the lobby. Got to have good regular coffee!

I was charged 20 dollars without being told. when I called I was told I would get it back in 5 business days if I didn’t use my room number to purchase anything at the bistro. Other than that it was a great trip

Refrigerator in room did not have freezer and intermittently was not working. We came back to the room to warm food in the refrigerator that had to be thrown out. The elevators were extremely hot and humid. Came back to a warm and humid room after being outside in the heat all day. The temperature in the room was turned up while we were out. I’m assuming by the cleaning staff. It was uncomfortable and the temperature should be left where the guest sets it. There was garbage piling up in the hallway by the elevator. It was there when we went to our room in the afternoon and was still there with more piling up the next morning.

This isn't a huge issue or a complaint really, the only thing that was a struggle was the pool and the room the pool was in was sooo cold.. my daughter did not mind, but it was hard to get in and enjoy it.

Everything was great! The room was nice and clean, the staff was great! Was not very busy at all!
