The walls are very thin. Could easily hear other people next doors discussion—even someone using the bathroom… loud conversation woke me up very early in the morning.

Holes in walls, hotel is extremely outdated and was soooo looking forward to relaxing in the hottub (in pictures), and didn't get to since they didn't have one!!!!

We happened upon a room that suffered a broken AC unit and an unresponsive television set. Waiting for the engineer seemed to take longer than it might have (45 minutes). He attempted to repair the problems before reporting to the desk that the AC would need further attention and couldn't be repaired at that time (it was nearly 10pm). The front desk seemed to require some convincing on his part that we should be re-roomed, but he was eventually able to move us (just two doors away) to a comparable room. The room key swap did not go smoothly, but was resolved in the morning.

Very good value for the area. We are repeat customers at this location. We find several attractive options for activities nearby. The atmosphere is always calm and pleasant.

Roof leak repair construction material was lining the hallway. I think there may have been a hole in the roof… it felt like a sauna in the hallway.

The bistro attendant didn’t show up the day we were there. No meals available… and we wern't really interested in the Waffle house… which was our “View” from our room.

Due to the layout of the facility, our room overlooked the pool area and therefore we were woken up early by the sounds of kids screaming and playing in the pool.

Our room smelled very musty & there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Location was perfect for us going to an OSU game the next morning. The hotel was beautiful & clean.

The room was fairly damaged, which requires you to take pictures of it all, which is annoying. In case they tried to charge you or something. It was faily spread out all over place from tub to bed to desk. Mabey, it was the people with kids' room or something would be nice to know those kinds of things. My son had lifted up the bed spread on one side, which allowed me to see the mattress. I wasn't too impressed to see the state of what we were sleeping on filthy multiple stains and crap. I'll never understand in this day and age, like why proper mattress protectors are not used more like clean sheets are a must, but so is what you are sleeping on. God forbid you got lice or ticks off somebody.

It has an ok pool and fitness center with a great location right beside a waffle house. Seems to be far away from city/residential area, so I don't think you have to worry about car being broken into or stolen. You can pretty much get on highway within 2 minutes from this location, which is nice. Staff are nice, competent, and helpful. Room has well designed layouts with multiple lighting configurations.

I took my granddaughter swimming, the pool was very cloudy. And there was water all over the tiles, which is understandable. But there tiles and very slippery. I watched kids slipping and falling. I was afraid to walk, I'm 66 and if I fell I think I could have been really hurt. And the shower in our room was clogged. My granddaughter took a shower 1st. Then I, I had to stand in about a foot of water I was afraid it was going to over flow. And I guess from it being clogged the tub was kinda slimy feeling. I did mention the tub to a maintenance guy that was behind the counter when I checked out. But the bed was comfortable.

We didn't get breakfast, I thought it would be complimentary, but had to pay. So we went somewhere else.

The restaurant. Poor quality food. Terribly overpriced. The woman working at the restaurant was exceptionally rude. Incapable of being sociable. Should not be in the hospitality business.
