Our breakfast was included, but it really wasn’t a breakfast, we had got a stipend for $15 per guest on registry and it really wasn’t enough to cover your Breakfast.

The Hotel was in a great location proximity close to every event on are itinerary. Staff was friendly, The hotel was clean.

Confusion over breakfast Voucher

The breakfast at Courtyard Marriott in Plano was a delightful start to the day. The avocado toast was fresh and flavorful, the bagel perfectly toasted, and the coffee rich and aromatic. A satisfying meal in a cozy setting, making mornings feel just a little more special

Coffee maker needs more instructions as it appeared to be missing a part but that was part of the coffee packet which was unclear that the part I was looking for was in the packet.

Room was spacious and had the amenities that I like in a hotel. Bed was comfortable The little restaurant had good food and service.

Having a couple plates and cutlery would have been handy.

Great facilities, nice big rooms with excellent showers, work station, coffee and fridge. Bed was very comfortable and we couldn’t hear any motorway noise. Staff were lovely and bar onsite was nice for a nightcap.

Pool wasn't heated. Christine at the reception did not give us the receipt or the email when one room was checking out. We had 3 rooms. She was taking forever to process the receipt. Our brother was getting late so she said she would give us his receipt and would email the same too. The next day when we asked her again, she said she has emailed, but she was lying and then she said she can't give us the hard copy as it has to be given to the guest only and he has gone. She totally ignored the earlier day's conversation. Then the senior staff member told her to send the email, but that wasn't done too. It was very frustrating.

I hate the Bible and Book of Mormon in each room pushing organized religion on adults that are capable of making their own decisions about their beliefs. Get rid of the books.

I would rate 5+ stars only if the highway traffic noise and charge for parking was eliminated (especially when I was not present on the property two out of four days, as I was downtown @ Baylor Hospital w/my daughter who was in the ICU). Your staff did move me to another room on the backside of property, which was less noisy and much appreciated. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I did not like the fact that you charged my debit for the entire stay over 2 weeks before my arrival. Your charge almost caused an overdraft because I was not expecting it to come out when it did. I was under the impression that I would be charged on the day of my arrival. I would have used a credit card instead.

The property was clean and it is right across the way from my daughter’s house.

I didn’t have breakfast so cannot rate. The location was convenient to all I needed to do in the metroplex. Because my travel plans changed at the last minute I had two reservations, 1 for Dec 4, and another for Dec 5-6. I was concerned when I checked in because the front desk could not find the two day reservation. However, it was resolved overnight and they arranged it so that I could stay in the same room. Good service.

I couldn’t find a free breakfast buffet. There was a coffee bar and perhaps a place to order breakfast, but it didn’t look like it was included in the hotel rate. Maybe I just missed it.

Breakfast was slightly expensive. I bought two orange juice bottles and one parfait and it came out to almost $21.

Convenient location to all sorts of things to do around the Dallas/Richardson area.
