United StatesThe facility wasn’t clean . The bathroom was noticeably dirty, the toilets , and tub. Also, there were bugs coming from the drain. The room wasn’t really handicap accessible , my mother had issues getting in the bed , because the platform was too high.

United StatesThey charged me twice for the booking I already paid for here in booking.com. I saw a $670 charge on my card the next day after checking-in and I asked if that's the security deposit because that is unusually high and nobody could help us because they said the manager wasn't there. Omar was the front desk person who didn't check my booking and charged me again for the room I already paid for now I have to dispute this to my bank and go through so much hassle!!!!!!!!

I did nit stay for breakfast. I had to check out early. The room was very small for a king. There was a sofa bed in the room. I don’t know how that fit. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The price was a bit much.

United States-Handicap accessible room- the handicap shower chair was broken upon arrival. -Floor was wet when we entered and I fell -Multiple stains of various color on bed -crumbs and stains on counter and on top of fridge -Stain in shower -This is not a hotel. This is a motel. Ecolodge next door looked better than this. The facility is one floor. Our room was next to the lobby. We could hear yelling from the neighbors, the lobby, and the vacuuming. My guest and I left the next day and found a different place to stay.

United StatesWhen we arrived in our room there was used toilet tissue roll didn’t make a fuss about that. However, it was 4 of us in room so when we called about we need more tissue we were told they didn’t have any and this was at 12pm. I told them we were leaving once they get tissue can they put it in our room. Well fast forward to 12 am we still didn’t get tissue till we went downstairs after midnight they finally had some. When it came towels again it was 4 of us in room and I booked and put 4 ppl. When asked for more towels they said there was no more so again we waited and waited till after 12 am the next day and were given towels. All one of the receptionist kept saying was “We are corporate now.!” This has been the worse Marriott I ever stayed at. I made a TikTok about my stay.
