Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff was awesome at check-in and breakfast and breakfast staff were great too. We arrived by bike (Katy Trail). The hotel was easy to find and the staff was very accommodating by providing a place to wash off our bikes and dry them off. Even loaned us an umbrella to walk to the local restaurant!

**Convenience, Functionality, and Amenities:** The establishment offered exceptional convenience, functionality, and amenities. The lobby and bar area provided a comfortable and relaxing environment for leisure and entertainment. The bar featured a diverse selection of beverages, and the staff was exceptionally attentive and courteous. The views of the State Capitol were the highlight of the stay!

United StatesOur room #130 had everything we expect from the Marriott chain. The lobby receptionist saw that we were traveling by bike from the Katy Trail and immediately asked if we would like a first floor room to make it easier to bring our bikes inside. She was friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will stay here again.

United StatesThe morning staff seemed irritated that we were there besides 1 lady. Everyone else looked like they were having a bad day, didn't even make eye contact with us when checking out or when I asked a question and no greeting like "Good morning" even though they seemed to greet each other when staff were coming in to start their shift. The only person that made my family and I feel welcome was the nice lady working nights when we checked in.
My kids and I loved the views and pool. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented.
