It's beautiful and clean. Our AC wasn't working well so they moved us to another room. The staff there is AMAZING! The view is stunning.

The staff was awesome at check-in and breakfast and breakfast staff were great too. We arrived by bike (Katy Trail). The hotel was easy to find and the staff was very accommodating by providing a place to wash off our bikes and dry them off. Even loaned us an umbrella to walk to the local restaurant!

The pillows were remarkably thin and uncomfortable, but they were tolerable for a single night. I wish they had been firmer pillows.

Our room #130 had everything we expect from the Marriott chain. The lobby receptionist saw that we were traveling by bike from the Katy Trail and immediately asked if we would like a first floor room to make it easier to bring our bikes inside. She was friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will stay here again.

The morning staff seemed irritated that we were there besides 1 lady. Everyone else looked like they were having a bad day, didn't even make eye contact with us when checking out or when I asked a question and no greeting like "Good morning" even though they seemed to greet each other when staff were coming in to start their shift. The only person that made my family and I feel welcome was the nice lady working nights when we checked in.

My kids and I loved the views and pool. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented.

It was not disclosed that breakfast was an additional fee as was the parking. Which was absolutely ridiculous because there was no other place to park!

I Do reviews for Google.. I posted a very positive review of your hotel along with pictures. I love this place. It is young, fresh and cocktails are great. Wish your restaurant was opened for lunch as well as well as dinner and breakfast.

Nice property, but a terrible experience as a group of young (8-10 year old children with adult supervision) children were very noisy and ran through the halls until late at night. Staff said they had talked to the unhelpful guardians responsible for the children but there was nothing else the staff could do.

Staff was rude. No breakfast included. You could purchase breakfast. No coffee in room or lobby. At the cost of the room there should have been coffee and at least fruit and muffins. Will not book with Marriott again.
