For the price the fact that breakfast isn’t included if you stay in the courtyard part of the building is ridiculous. Residence in is the other half of the same building and has breakfast included.

The location is excellent. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

My wife and I are in our 80’s. The ice machine was out of service closest to our room, 365. Long walk to get ice! The small fridge in room is useless. Having to restart it every 2 hrs. Makes it so.

Breakfast was very good. Good selection. Liked time of service until 10am.

The rooms are very small. No drawers or shelf’s to unpack your cloths. No space to put your suitcases. The staff is not very well trained.

The location was great. The lobby is very large,open and welcoming.

The only complaint is the bed. The mattress was too firm and the pillows offer no support.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The oversized shower is lovely. The Shore restaurant serves some of the best meals on the island.

Communication with front desk before arrival. I called to ask if in room coffee machine took Keurig pods and was assured it would. Because of that information I did not bring my own Keurig just pods. On arrival in my room I found the information I had been given was incorrect! However the front desk staff graciously sent a bottle of champagne to our room after our daughter called and said my husband and I were celebrating our 80th birthdays. This was very kind and much appreciated.

Starbucks could be open longer in the day... I like a late afternoon coffee pick-me-up, but no place to get coffee after noon or so.

I only gave a 9 because I didn’t love how it was laid out to where there wasn’t much separation between patios and how other patios overlooked others, lacked any privacy on the patio. But loved every single other thing about this place!!

Absolutely loved our short stay, quickly becoming one of our favorite places to visit. Loved the room, view and amenities. The manager was very helpful with questions we had and everyone was accommodating.

For the cost a microwave and refrigerator should be included. The toilet paper holder doesn't hold the tp when rolling it off.

My toilet seat was broken when I arrived (but staff quickly fixed it). Also, I was woken throughout the night by guest room doors slamming shut. I wish hall noise could have been muffled more.

Beach access, view, rooms felt new and modern. Staff was friendly and responsive. Lobby and lounge areas were comfortable. Market was convenient.

Carpet in room had pet stains. No microwave in room. Balconies aren't private. I love the sound of the ocean but couldnt hear it because the a/c unit was very loud.

There was limited staff and it was hard to get assistance sometimes. There was a lack of pool towels for the pool. They could've benefited from more bartenders and wait staff. The power on the island went out on our last night and the fire alarms in the hotel went off for quite a long time.

The room view was incredible for the price. Loved the wraparound balcony. The pool is a nice amenity and they have music on the weekends. You can also get bikes there and cruise around the island on the paved pathways.
