Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

You had to pay for breakfast so found a place to go. They gave us a list of dinner places which was real nice with lots of choices

The matress wasn’t great, and we stayed in the first floor. Although it was pretty quiet, you could hear every time someone flushed their toilet upstairs.
I liked how clean the room was. The shower was great, it had everything. The TV had netflix / lots of cable channels.

My only small suggestion would be to consider providing complimentary bottled water in the room, which would have been a nice touch.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The amenities were great, and the location was convenient. Everything went smoothly, and I truly had no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The room had dirty towels and the hvac system was loud which didn't allow for much rest.
The pool and gym were clean and new. The hotel room was renovated, and the breakfast/ Starbucks was a nice surprise. Also, the lobby had a few private sitting areas with TVs which were nice to gather with friends and watch a sports game.

The accommodations were so so. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the bed was not very comfortable at all.
There was no free breakfast, which was advertised as complementary.

DO NOT book a LONG STAY at this hotel THROUGH BOOKING.COM! I made a month log reservation through booking.com and after having multiple random pending charges plus one huge charge to my card I discovered that Booking have made multiple bookings for my single booking for reasons known to booking.com only. This left me to deal with a $2000 unexpected charge that 2 weeks after checking out I'm still struggling to get back.

There was a new waitress on our first night. I ordered chicken quesadilla, and I ordered a turkey with a bacon club sandwich for my husband. My quesadilla was left too long in the toasteroven fried and chard. The new waitress thought it was fine for me to consume. Then she brought a grill cheese and tomato soup for my husband and said that was her favorite meal, he'd like it. I said, but I never ordered that she said well I can show you the receipt. Smh.. the receipt which she wrote up. Nonetheless, my husband liked his meal. I wasn't very happy and we ate out after that. Redemption a long day and different waitress we order dinner and both enjoyed our meal and service. Training takes time, as does learning but never decides what a customer should eat and never fabricate what a customer says as we never forget such things.
The location was great, hotel amenities were very comfortable and tready.
