United StatesThe house keeping was terrible they didn’t change out the towel or empty the trash. I went to the front desk and request house keeping the came and left a pile of towels on the sink and didn’t take the old ones.
The staff was amazing! Every front desk worker I came in contact with was amazing nice friendly and full of energy. The hotel restaurant cook was also amazing he was great.

Unfortunately, I misunderstood, thinking Breakfast was included. We didn't have Breakfast nor dinner. So we got delivery and a couple items from the local store to store in mini refrigerator and prepare in microwave.

United StatesI’ve stayed multiple times at this hotel but this time was a deal breaker for me. They hadn’t emptied the trash in my room from the last person—there was an empty lucky strike container. And ashes on the balcony table. The grimy tiles near the door had someone’s footprints in them. I asked to move rooms—well the tiles are gross in every room just not all have footprints. When I was working out in the gym I had opened the door bc it was hot, an employee went outside and was smoking. The smoke filled up the gym. Then when I was packing up to check out I found someone’s vape pen and huge tweezers. Gross. I got a late check out and they told me to just tell the housekeeper about it bc they’d already given the assignments. When I went to check out they were so apologetic about her knocking on the door even tho I didn’t care about that, and promised to give me a discount and/or more bonvoy points. They have done neither. I felt so uncomfortable there the whole time.
Never again!! Rooms aren’t cleaned properly. I’ve stayed here several times and it has the nice decorations of the chain. But the pool has been closed for almost a year by the health department. The tiles in the hall of the rooms are so grimy. Elevator is old and outdated. It says it’s smoke free but it’s NOT. I like that there’s a gym, that part is nice. It has an elliptical, treadmill (tho the ceiling was leaking onto the treadmill one day) and a full set of dumbbells.

United StatesCleanliness. I stayed at the property for 5 days and my room was never cleaned. I cleaned the floors myself with a wet was cloth,and the cloth was black as coal. Coffee was never replaced and garbage never taken. No replacement of towels.
I did not like anything about the property. No air conditioning in the lobby. The carpets were all stained wherever you went. The elevators were dirty . Food all over the carpet.
