Hallway noise and noise from other guests in surrounding room were more than expected and kept me from sleeping. Also flashing green light on the smoke alarm lit up the room.

I loved everything about the hotel and the staff.

The hotel was SO nice that I would consider coming back to Pocatello for the sole reason of staying here again. The building is only 2 years old and the lobby and the rooms feel fresh and lovely. The front desk people went out of their way to help with an unusual request. My favorite stay as we traveled from Boston to Seattle. Really wonderful.

They have a fire pit outside, but only one group can enjoy it. They should add a few more so people can enjoy a cocktail on the patio without having to vie for the only one.

This hotel was clean and nice (it's new, so that makes sense). But what I couldn't believe was the food! The breakfast was delicious! We also enjoyed a cocktail on the patio before going to our room for the night. The bartender was very nice and made a good drink. Check in was easy and the gal at reception was very nice.

This was an exceptionally clean and pleasant Courtyard by Marriott- the staff were super friendly, the ambiance was perfect and new, and I can’t stress how important cleanliness is to me; but this one is CLEAN!

This was a great place to stay. It was clean I have never stayed in such a well designed hotel room. I loved the lobby. We had a night cap down there and then bought coffees for our early departure in the morning. We were checked in by such a friendly person.

Breakfast was okay. I don't mind paying for good food, but this felt overpriced. $42 for Oatmeal, breakfast burrito and two coffees. With 20% tip. (The server made sure bacon was extra crispy. Happy with the service). Consequently, we only ate breakfast there one day.

All the staff was exceptional - front desk, bartender, breakfast server, and housekeeping. The room was spacious and very clean. Loved that there was a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee in the room and tucked behind doors so the room stayed clean. Plenty of towels and pillows. Bed was comfortable. The TV sound didn't work in our first room. It was late but they tried to fix it. Ended up moving us to a different room on a busy weekend. Great gym, clean pool and hot tub. Will stay here again. Drinks at the bar were very good.

I asked if my room could be ready earlier than 4 as I had a long drive and the staff were very accommodating and had my room ready when I arrived, even thought they were full. All of the staff were very kind and professional. It was a nice relaxing stay after a long drive.

The tap water tasted funny. The shower floor was very slippery and there was no tub mat.
