Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No pool only hot tub
I really loved this property! Clean, friendly, cozy !! Just wish they had continental breakfast for the price you pay! But they do have a bistro to buy breakfast at!!

An add in the elevator and on the digital menu indicated a kids menu- but the server said they no longer provided kids menu. Weird! One night was super busy and they did not adequately staff the bistro. There was no mechanism to track orders (numbers, buzzers, names) and my order was snatched by another guest when it was placed on the counter. I had already been waiting a half hour! They aimed to quickly make me another flatbread pizza, but it wasn’t the variety that had ordered.
Nice, modern. Beautiful lobby with a tasty bistro. Comfortable rooms.

See above. Also they didn't have a microwave. This room is pretty expensive at least she have a microwave besides her refrigerator and clean up towels. And if you get trash daily.
It was nice but you have to pay extra for the breakfast and they didn't clean the rooms for some reason we had to ask him even then they just didn't be the trash. Disappointing.

The shower floor was grimey and black. The rest of the room was spotless but the shower floor was gross. Minor considering how nice everything else was.
Convenient and close to my daughter’s place. Stayed on Sunday because it was affordable (meaning not graduation surgery pricing)

Nothing. Was great. Only boggle was the clock radio was set to the incorrect time and the buttons were broke so couldn’t fix it.
Clean, large lobby, room was large and exceptionally clean. Bedding was excellent, including the mattress. Easy to reach 110v outlets and USB-A outlets on top of the nightstand.

Waiting in line for breakfast. We had prepaid for breakfast but still had to wait with all the others that still needed to pay. Short staffed in kitchen, food choices limited.

Price!
The breakfast was good, but for what we paid for the room, it should have been included in room rate. They did provide a shuttle to take us close to the football stadium.

I chose this hotel specifically because it had an outdoor pool, but the water looked murky and nobody else was spending time in or around the pool so I didn’t go in. Not sure it would have even been refreshing since it was 100 outside.
The room was cooled when I arrived, it smelled fresh, was super clean and had everything I needed to stay comfortably. Having food/coffee onsite is great and parking is ample. Staff is very friendly.

The front desk assistant wasn't very friendly and professional. He gave me the key card written 207 Room. After I tried several times and failed, I returned to the front desk, and he just simply said "oh I gave you the wrong number without any apology. It made me feel uncomfortable and definitely not a polite gesture.
I thought my booking included breakfast at first, then it turned out my package didn't include the breakfast unless I paid for it. It's a little sad.

I would not say that I didn't like but more would be beneficial to deep clean the shower heads periodically. Pullman has hard water and shower heads tend to show you just that. The hard water will clog up the individual spray nozzles and redirect the spray pattern.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
