    The valet service was nice. The pool was amazing and was also heated. The kids loved it and did not want to leave. Would definitely be coming back next time. The boardwalk is about a 6 minute walk.

    The pool was great. Proximity to everything. I have health problems so being so close to everything was great. Not having to drive everywhere was a big plus.

    Beds were a little uncomfortable, but the room was very nice. I didn't like the fact we had to have our car out of the garage by a certain time. After paying valet fees, then having to pay $35.00 at boardwalk got a bit pricy.

    The room was very nice, large, and clean. The coffee at the bistro downstairs was very good. The location was good.

    The customer service was really disappointing. When we first checked in, the staff member asked if we had been there before and I answered no, it was our first time there. He wished us a nice stay and sent us on our way. We got in the elevator and it wouldn't go, then it started beeping. Another guest got on and told us we had to use our key card to work the elevator. Then we got to our room and there was no lights. We called the front desk about 50 times, no answer. We walked down to the lobby and explained we had called a bunch and had no lights. They told us we had to use our key card. All this information would've been nice to receive when we checked in and said we had never been here before. Then after a visit to the beach we got back and wanted to rinse off. There was a total of 2 bath towels, and NO conditioner in the bottle. We called again, 20 times at least. No answer. We had to walk down and tell them we needed towels and conditioner. They said they could give us a max of 4 towels. We went back to our room and the towels and conditioner took another almost 20 minutes. It was just one thing after another with the lack of customer service that left a really bad taste in our mouths overall. The hotel was beautiful, the room was great, the location was good, but I don't think we would ever return here after all the negative experiences trying to get help...and for the price, I thought we would've had a better experience overall.

    Comfortable beds, modern and clean furniture, and an overall pleasant and updated atmosphere throughout the hotel

    No assistance with luggage, and only valet parking is available 0 during peak times, it can take 10-15 minutes to get your car

    We stay here because its so close to the Boardwalk.

    Breakfast is too expensive. Housekeeping is every other day. Parking is $30 per day

    The room was very clean and the high ceilings were a great feature in our 1st floor room. The doors creaked a lot so they might have needed oil to quiet them down a bit. The hotel was very nice visually overall.

    The breakfast was brutal. I usually have a fine breakfast but this one was so bad I was stopped in my tracks. We were told by front desk that the breakfast was made from scratch and that the ingredients used were really good. So I was ready for a great experience especially since breakfast was not included at this hotel like it usually is at Hilton properties. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was probably the worst $16 burrito I've ever had. The egg was powdered and the bacon was so soggy and soft I was surprised it didn't come with a spoon. The sausage that I asked to be added for an extra $5 fee was rubbery and difficult to chew. The burrito was so bad I can honestly say I was impressed by how much you'd have to work to make it that bad. I was expecting ingredients from scratch but I'm thinking they ran to the gas station across the street to buy the bacon and eggs.

    Clean convenient location. I love the valet.

    Having to have your room key to go up to the rooms via the elevator is inconvenient, although it is a safety factor
