I checked out on 5/10/25 @ 10:15 A.M. My bill was $2017.87. The next day I received an EMAIL showing my bill was 2515.38. This was the amount they send thru on my credit card. I sent Courtyard an Email on 5/14/25 but I didn't received a reply from them. I contacted my credit card co. to dispute this charge. This has not been resolved. I would like a refund of $497.51.

The room with a patio balcony turned out to have a view of the parking lot, unexpectedly to be honest. For a much lower price I could have rented an apartment with a view of a mountain gorge 10 minutes drive from the Marriott. The restaurant is small, more like a bar, they also serve breakfast there. Small selection of breakfast dishes if you have prepayment, so it makes sense to have breakfast somewhere in the city.

Spacious clean room with good interior

$25 per night parking in a large lot. Beds are hard. No marriott bonvoy points at this location. Housekeeping only every Other day. So trash and towels not addressed till you leave. Ugh! Absolutely no brochures or literature on area. Really?

Starbucks on premise. Nice area to relax and have breakfast. Good spa and pool.

A lot of noisy kids running around throughout our stay, slamming doors constantly, running in hallway, etc.

Heated pool, fire pit, meditation spots, beds super comfy, staff great! Food at Bistro good, but pricey.

Have to pay a nightly fee for parking. Ridiculous. When I book through a third party, I expect it to be all in. Also, I know Marriott properties charge for a cup of coffee, but that is also annoying. Most chains will at least have free coffee in the lobby, if not a breakfast buffet.

The facility was clean and modern
