The woman that’s always at the front desk is so nice and friendly and helpful with everything! The rooms are very clean and comfortable and it’s close to Quantico

Arrival was a little late for us as we hit traffic and with 2 young children it was ashame I had to wait 15 minutes to check in while the evening lady was just shooting the breeze with someone in the cafe area and only came over when the phone rang and she wasn’t very friendly at all

I loved everything

Everyone at this hotel was so helpful and welcoming. I couldn’t say one bad thing about this location. The food is amazing. The staff were so nice and accommodating. The hotel is very clean. I couldn’t thank them enough for the way they treated my family and I.

The door to the bathroom was difficult to close

Staff was friendly, location was convenient but also quiet and surrounded by lots of trees, there was a nice cafe with a great selection which served food until 9 PM and opened for breakfast at 6:30 AM. This made a huge difference for our trip.

I do not like Pepsi products at all. A machine with Coke products would be nice. Also, the bar wasn’t open for Bloody Mary’s in the morning and opened too late for breakfast or tea in the morning.

The staff, the uncomfortable bed, tiny rooms, and sofa bed could not comfortably sleep 2 people. Asked for a cot and was not informed that it would cost extra.

We didn't have any washcloths and some of the wall plugins didn't work I was trying to iron and it wouldn't get hot so I had to try all the plug ins till I found one that worked but the worst part about our experience at the hotel was the checkin front desk clerk/receptionist we had a slight issue with checking in and she had no hospitality manners at all she was rude, sarcastic and not a problem solver she kept getting sarcastic with me even when I tried asking reasonable questions concerning our booking so I had to call booking.com to confirm that they did book the room for us and even then while I'm on the phone with their rep she kept making sarcastic comments at me which then at that point caused me to get irritated with her. Then when booking rep called to talked to her on the phone she was nasty with him as well but I will never again stay there nor recommend it to anyone. My thing is the issue was an easy fix had she talked to me verses talking at me we could have figured what the problem was without me having to call Booking.com because they did reserve the room for us which was booked 2 or 3 weeks prior to us arriving there and the fact that we drove 12 hrs to get there she showed no compassion whatsoever. Last thing after she talked to booking rep and she saw that they did book the room for us that's when she started trying to talk nice and friendly but by that time it was too late because I was pissed at her behavior. That's why I rated the hotel a 2 because your experience with checking in should be with the utmost respect and friendly attitude that is required in the hospitality business and that is something she very much lacked.

Upon arriving at around 4pm, I was informed that the hotel couldn't honor my reservation because some guests had overstayed and they didn't have room for me. The front desk manager said, "oh, didn't you get my email?," which I should also point out had only been sent a half hour earlier. No, I had not received the email because I had been traveling all day. No one had thought to call or text me. Further, the manager went on to say that they were also full for the next night (for which I also had a reservation) so they couldn't help me there either. If the guests overstayed, was there no plan to confront them and say they had other customers with reservations? What is purpose of a reservation if they can't honor it? In the end, I had to stay at a dumpy nearby hotel. The whole situation was completely unprofessional. No effort was made to compensate me for the inconvenience.
