The staff were probably the nicest I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel had everything we needed… pool, place to walk, beautiful views/scenery, and great food! It was located in driving distance of so many places.

It was great location to Kennedy Space Center. We almost got the opportunity to see a launch, but it had taken off this is the perfect venue for watching.

Giving a restaurant "first line" person a break, cuz the space bar was wisely closed due to a no-seeum invasion. --She was one of the order servers on the first floor...she was rude, unfriendly, and quite abrasive--so much so, we contemplated leaving. We kindly, and delicately, offered her some feedback cuz we had such a wonderful evening before (and honestly, just wantedto hang at the hoel), and she responded as probably trained, but it was VERY clear she didn't care or was open (redponded kinda rude and defensive), which came as a surprise..other 1st fl staff were AWESOME (Becky, 1st day, & Autumn (2nd) who saved the experience from who I am saying didn't work at for us. Again, I will be returning soon, and will re-assess if it was situational... before "calling out" the staff member who "tainted" the last "previous moments" of time at the hitel.

Friendly, sweet staff, including restaurant personnel. Also, the facility was kind, accommodating, and non-judgmental towards smokers and people of color. --Non-underground prejudice...A rarity, even in these times of inclusion.

Everything was perfect!

The location- perfect for trips to Kennedy Space Center. The Rooftop restaurant was excellent for watching the launch (which we were lucky enough to see!) staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooftop bar had better menu than lobby. Wasn’t aware of this until 2nd visit. Shampoo, soap and conditioner labels were green on green making them difficult to see.

A jacket with car keys was left in my second room. A call to us would have been nice. I was able to recover this item 4 days later after finishing a short cruise,

No breakfast at this location. Went out to a local restaurant. A continental breakfast with room would have been nice even with a increased room rate to cover their cost.

Only feature missing would be an inclusive breakfast. However, a bar on the lobby and a restaurant on the roof top are available a la carte!

Location, comfort, amenities, spacious room, and services were all excellent. As an extra bonus we truly enjoyed the decorations, throughout the building includung the room, relating to space and the river view as well as the view of the space center from a distance.

Everything was great! Nothing to report.

No complaints! Our purpose for this trip was to visit the American Law Enforcement Museum across the street. It was very handy to be walking distance as we didn’t rent a car. I usually don’t spend this much money on a hotel, but it was worth it. The space theme was fabulous. You’re able to see the launches at Cape Canaveral from their rooftop. I would definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of even bathroom. The towels had hair embedded in them, which is actually so gross. There was hair on the floor. The shower samples were empty.

We will be back! This was a last minute stay and I'm so glad we chose this hotel! Beautiful roof top bar/restaurant. Would be a great place to watch a launch!

No, I can honestly say nothing I didn't like except I think the rooftop bar should stay open longer than 10

The rooftop bar was cool! And the spaceman next to the alarm clock that you can purchase and I highly recommend it! I bought 3! They project stars and galaxies on the ceiling! Too cool! And plug in usb.
