    All was good except they didn’t track what room i was in (211) and thankfully i had the top lock engaged because the staff tried to open door and let someone in my room while i was sleeping and woke up to a loud bang

    Staff was friendly and tried to fix tv with good attitude.

    TV did not work, even after staff attempts to fix. I discovered the next morning that the door was so out of square that dead bolt lock did not engage. Elevator beeping so loud it can be heard in the room all night long. Bathroom wallpaper peeling off in many places,, held in place with staples. Mold in shower.

    Easy to get to, friendly staff, easy parking.

    Hot tub was broken. Pool was dingy, cold and unavailable most of the stay. Phone in our room was broken so we couldn’t call front desk. Then the power went out. I know they have no control over the power but it was definitely different. I’ve never had the power go out in a hotel before. It’s quite dark and disorienting.

    Hotel is dirty (walls,carpet and it had an awful smell) we only got 1 towel in the room… overall bad experience :(

    It was clean and staff was friendly

    When I arrived to check in the gentleman at the desk said my payment wasn’t accepted online and when I told him it was taken out of my account he insisted that I had to pay again, the room that I had reserved allegedly had a broken tv so they moved me rooms but it was a room with what I believe to be a Queen mattress when it was supposed to be a King.

    Derek was amazing, the room cleaning crew were very helpful and the bar tender was very nice

    The rooms were shabby and smelled mossy or damp the air-conditioning sounded like a helicopter, there is no free coffee in the reception and it sounded like management didn't have any clear policies. Our booking said it was a king bed but it was a queen bed

    Was fairly crowded in some areas. Pool was fine.

    A little crowded in the seating areas inside and out. Not great for kids.

    I booked through booking.com and had to switch the dates. Booking.com verified with the hotel and sent me a confirmation email of my updated reservation. When I arrived, the front desk staff said they had no record of this, had already booked out my room and didn't care to look at my reservation information I had. I went ahead and booked a different room as it was already 10pm and I was directed to solve my problem with booking.com. However, the hotel would not respond to any phone calls or emails from booking.com simply to confirm the reservation wasn't honored by the hotel. I also personally called the general manager, Victoria Cason, who did not answer or return my voicemail. After a week of no response, booking.com said they had to close out the request. On top of that, the room was muggy, the fridge wasn't cold and the stripping on the door was so worn you could see the light from the hallway from the room and you could even see out into the hallway if you were up close to the door.
