United StatesIf you stay for several days like I did, your room does not get serviced until after you leave. Therefore, you will have to ask for clean towels and maid service. I asked twice. One time by hanging the request for maid service on my door. That resulted in no service. I asked the front desk staff the next morning to ask the maid service to replenish my towels and empty the trash-no service. I was lucky enough to get back at the hotel one early afternoon and ran into the housekeeper and she was very responsive. I guess in this hotel you should go directly to the housekeeper, if you're lucky enough to be in the hotel during the day when they are there, to get maid service.

The location was perfect but having to make a u-turn to get to the entrance from one direction was a bit inconvenient.

Elevator beeping so loud it can be heard in the room all night long. Bathroom wallpaper peeling off in many places,, held in place with staples. Mold in shower.

I know they have no control over the power but it was definitely different. I’ve never had the power go out in a hotel before. It’s quite dark and disorienting.

United StatesI booked through booking.com and had to switch the dates. Booking.com verified with the hotel and sent me a confirmation email of my updated reservation. When I arrived, the front desk staff said they had no record of this, had already booked out my room and didn't care to look at my reservation information I had. I went ahead and booked a different room as it was already 10pm and I was directed to solve my problem with booking.com. However, the hotel would not respond to any phone calls or emails from booking.com simply to confirm the reservation wasn't honored by the hotel. I also personally called the general manager, Victoria Cason, who did not answer or return my voicemail. After a week of no response, booking.com said they had to close out the request. On top of that, the room was muggy, the fridge wasn't cold and the stripping on the door was so worn you could see the light from the hallway from the room and you could even see out into the hallway if you were up close to the door.

United StatesWhen busloads of kids stay in a hotel, it should be required that there are sponsors walking the halls. The kids were going up and down stairs, shouting, banging doors, being disruptive until 1:00 am. Front desk would not answer the phone for the 2 hours I tried. Corporate was equally unhelpful, being more concerned about my identity than just calling the manager. Next morning, I expressed my disappointment again and was told "we can't control who stays here." This was a pathetic comeback to my complaint. FAIL.
