Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThey didn’t have a breakfast buffet for free in the lobby where over at Springhill they do so I switched hotels and went to the Springhill the next day, waking up and being able to get free coffee where your hotel wanted me to pay for my coffee in the morning and I got it free at Spring Hill the next day

The location was the best thing. Close to the HOF where my teenager had to be for a sports tournament. For the price, I felt a basic breakfast or good coffee (Starbucks) is promoted) should be included, but only in the Cafe area, not in the room. Room was fine, beds comfortable, not noisy, and clean.

United StatesThe hotel was understaffed, and the afternoon/night clerk prioritized other duties over guests. There is a lot of visible damage and neglected maintenance. The wallpaper in my room was peeling off, and the ceiling had cracks and visible water damage. There was even water damage to wall art, which was left hanging on the wall.There was no ice machine on my floor. I had to go to the ground floor for ice. Ceiling tiles in the hallway were ajar, and water damage was visible. Staff allowed guests with dogs to sit in the lobby with them barking (multiple dogs, same guest). One person didn't show up for work, so the restaurant was unavailable. For what is charged, I feel justified in expecting better service and facilities.
The bed was clean and comfortable, and the TV streamed my favorite service. It was convenient to my daily activity, and it was nice to be able to grab a nightcap in the lobby bar. The bartender was new and was working alone, but she was resourceful in meeting requests of guests. The hotel was quiet, and I was not disturbed by any activity outside my room.
