The jacuzzi was out of service which was something not mentioned on the website . So I was a little disappointed since we drove 10 hours to get there

Reserved room through booking.com. Was supposed to be a double room with a sofa sleeper but only got a single room with one bed. Room was kind of small and only had a very tiny mini fridge. No microwave even.

The whirlpool was awesome Very nice looking hotel Used booking.com to reserve room when arrived told them my name and handed me a key. Very easy and quick check-in. Very quiet never heard noise from next door rooms or doors opening and closing in the hallway. Very peaceful.

Bathroom need’s attention.. the shower was kinda icky but it was fine since we were only there to sleep 1 night while on road trip. The “balconies” are so tiny barely 2 people can’t fit & they were covered with cigarette butts

Top sheet we took off the bed due to a spot on the sheet, and floors need to be deep cleaned. The hot tub was drained out.

The property was fine. However, the refrigerator was way too small, there was no light in the closet, prices at the Bistro were astronomical and some members of the staff, including the manager were unhelpful.

Hot tub and pool, small kids in both like wild animals, mothers didn't care, toys in hot tub, jumping in..at less 6 in hot tubs under age of 10..

The bed had deep worn out mattress hole where someone laid it was very uncomfortable to sleep in it complained to the manger was supposed to get a night reimbursed it but never did !!!!

I was a little disappointed that their wasn:t much to buy from the store . I was also would had like to have clean towels and wash cloths for the next day ,I know it could hsd been a problem but I was looking forward of getting in the pol that was closed.

The pool and hot tub where not open and that was one of the reason we booked this room at this hotel. My wife specifically asked me to make sure that the hotel had a pool and Hot tub which I did and once we hot settled into the room we went to take a look at the pool area and there was a sign saying area closed off. It was honestly a big inconvenience. I wish we would have been told this at the time of booking.

I was told that breakfast was served from 6-10. Usually it is complimentary. I went across the street to Waffle House. I will be coming back to Gastonia regularly to visit family. But not having the Breakfast or even coffee available on a complementary level just lowered the value of my stay.

The deposit was $100. not advertised $40. The Pool is closed due to construction; that was my main reason for booking the room! there is breakfast, but nothing is free

I liked my balcony room. I like the internet TV because I watch alot of You Tube. The location is great, it's beside the mall, convenient to i85, there's a waffle house and several restaurants in walking distance. The workout room has nice equiptment.. I would prefer this indoor pool over the one next door at its sister motel next door. It's more private here.

I had 3 people walk in my room from 9am-11:30. The last being a man rite after I put my clothes on thankfully and he came all the way in. It wasn’t a housekeeper it looked like pest control

Air conditioner barely working, no microwave in the room, no coffee cups in the room, only one coffee package for two people for two mornings and the lady in the bistro was extremely rude and lazy
