Great location. The hotel charged 15 for in and out overnight parking. For overnight parking it costs 8$ The hotel should not overcharge like that

There could be complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate available to guests 24/7 somewhere in lobby. The heat/ac in room could not be regulated effectively. Parking was more expensive than other local hotels. Since you are not offering complimentary breakfast, you could at least comp Parking.

The man at the front desk lied & said they had no rooms. Booking.com didn't send my reservation to the Marriott so I had to leave & rebook with Marriott. My stay was peaceful after that. I deleted my Booking.com app & moving forward

Staff was excellent. Very Comfortable rooms. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Parking right next door and Hotel is very centrally located. Very good restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel.

The afternoon front desk attendant on the 20th. Not very customer friendly, slightly cold when asking for assistance.

Location was amazing. But honestly enjoyed the late evening check-in staff on the 19th of Nov. Sorry don't remember names but the male and female staffers had exceptional customer service and were very personable. To them Thank you for you awesome customer service. The room was comfortable and clean, has to request towels because there was only 1 set in bathroom which the front desk corrected and apologized for immediately ypon me making them aware. Definitely stay there again.

the beds were amazingly comfortable. and the view of the baseball field was cool. the shower was great and water pressure with being in the 6th floor was spot on.

The window didn’t open enough…..I think I get it. But the weather is so uh beautiful & I loved hearing the baseball game & festival going on while I go dressed. Yall need to update the mini fridges.

Well lit, beautifully decorated, location is perfect to walk to so many places, the rooftop bar & crafty drinks, the multiple outdoor sitting areas with fire features, it was quiet besides the bustling city right there, the window open so we go to enjoy the cool breeze a funk music from a festival across the street. Your staff made my stay!!! Everyone is spoke/ dealt with/ whatever…….super stars!!!! From front desk, housekeeping, random staffers walking by……I LOVED THE STAFF!! Great group of people you have working for you!!!! Keep them happy. Lastly, the food at Conner’s. Oh! MY, WORD!! I’ve been in fw many many many times & that was the best flavored food yet! I’m a cook from Louisiana so please take that as a highly personal compliment! We even ordered lunch & dinner to have later bc I couldn’t pick what I wanted. P.S. being able to hear & then see the fireworks fro the baseball game was quite the experience! We loved it. Thanks to all the staff I dealt with, excellent job ladies!!!!

The staff were friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was okay, and my kids loved what they offered. I went to them in duress of looking for accommodation and they sheltered me. I will say thanks for the hospitality. 👍

Rooms facing the convention get extremely loud street noise at all hours. There's no soundproofing in the windows facing that street. As for a room that does not face the convention center. Otherwise the experience was fine.

From my window view at room 330 off to the site I can see the top of the building and it has trash sitting on top of it. I thought that was an easy fix. One of the lights were broken and out in the room, I thought that was an easy fix.. I didn’t like that bar/restaurant closed at 10 PM 11 would’ve been much more convenient

I like where it’s located. I like the downtown parking garage was extremely convenient.

I was charged more than I was quoted, I had my grandchildren dropped off the specially join me for my morning swim . The pool was closed, my bill should had reflected the incoviecne.
