United StatesFor the price of 324.00 for one night, you would think it would offer better amenities and feel more high end. The amenities listed that there were ice machines on each floor, which was not true. There was only one on the fifth floor. There was no Hand lotion in the bathroom. It just felt like a basic hotel

United StatesNot the best check in experience I've had; the staff member seemed extremely unenthused to be there and gave minimal information about the building or the stay – I had to ask the elevator location to even get to the room. Room phone had no instructions on how to even call the front desk if we needed anything. It wasn't the quality of service I've experienced at other Courtyard locations.
Overall comfortable, great location, friendly check out staff.

United StatesWe reserved this room because it’s a beautiful place with a pool I mean it’s New England in the winter so you want to be able to use a warm indoor pool to relax, however the pool was cold we were told when we inquired about the pool that it was warm but they are waiting on a big part (we found this out when we went to check out the pool). Very disappointed with staff claiming it was warm when it clearly was not I put my hands in the cold water to determine the temperature. They should be honest there is pool heater is not working, and it should be stated the heated pool is not working. Very disappointed I feel that emails at least should be sent out to let everyone who is staying know that an amenity is unavailable

Clean and comfortable. Convenient to Colonial Theater venue where we attended a concert. Bartender was excellent-very friendly and attentive and seemed like he truly enjoyed interacting with his customers.

United StatesTHE BED WAS TOO HIGH. !!!! IT’S A BED WITH BOX SPRING MATTRESS ON A PLATFORM. I’M SHORT (5’1”) and HAD TO USE THE STOOL IN THE ROOM TO GET ONTO THE BED. NOT IDEAL, ESPECIALLY DURING THE NIGHT.

Within walking distance to restaurants and shops-including Art for Life Tattoos (which I also highly recommend). Little store and bar in lobby were convenient. Room got nice and dark and bed very comfy.

United StatesParking was hard to understand at first. We had the breakfast package and while the staff was kind, they weren’t helpful figuring out the breakfast package because they didn’t know what it was. The king sized bed was pretty hard.
Kelsey at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The room had enough space for 2 adults, a child and all our stuff for a weekend. The pool was a great size for a few kids at a time.
