There is no continental breakfast and with the cost of the rooms they could have a small one at least. Not fancy. No soda or snack machines on floor, needed to go down to front reception which was busy and get anything from pantry and stand in line to purchase.

We came to hunker down for the hurricane and they didn’t do a safety check on our rooms. Our hotel room flooded the day the hurricane was supposed to come. It was only drizzling and the carpet floor was wet and window was severely leaking. I’m 9 months pregnant and the idea of walking on water or the fear of the window breaking during the storms was too strong they immediately sent Matinence but no amount of calking or a wet vac was going to dry and keep us safe for Milton. We were kindly relocated to another Marriott by Juan of corporate. He was also amazing and helpful - so understanding of the situation and finding us another spot when it was the 11th hour literally 3 hours before Milton hit was such a clutch move and made our stay awesome. My only suggestion is to check your windows for leaks before putting guests in there otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The property was under construction but even so felt clean and smelled nice - the front desk host Cayden was incredible from beginning to end I felt like I had come there for so many things and he went above and beyond every time. Empathetic and hardworking he was there day and night putting a smile on our faces! Even when we were stressed he made sure to handle our concerns with great care! He is the reason we scored this stay higher.

This is an old hotel. Needs to be renewed. I did not like the fact the hotel had dark carpet in the rooms which makes them feel darker and smaller than what they are. Their bathroom is old, tiles, faucets, bath tub, etc. They do not have showers, just bath tubs which look deteriorated. On our stay he reserved a King Ned with sofa bed and when we got to the room we needed to ask for the sofa beside to be made. My son slept on it and it was very noise and uncomfortable. Additionally, I paid for breakfast and that was a waste of money. They offer complementary bagels, cakes, cereal and juices NO Coffee. And if you choose to Add Breakfast at reservation - the only thing different is that you can get either a croissant and a muffin with bad quality coffee. Not worthy (in my opinion)

There’s not enough parking. The elevator doesn’t work all the time. There’s only 1 ice machine in the entire building. There were no options for breakfast. Even the restaurant in the hotel was closed. Saw dead bugs in the bathroom and we alerted staff. The staff said it was from us opening the sliding patio door, but seeing we never opened it at all we knew that wasn’t the case.

The room was ok. Bed was comfortable.

Some of the staff did not know how to effectively communicate with guests. It would have taken 2 minutes to speak with us like adults with any issues. Instead of jumping straight to threats to call the cops because we’re having a bbq. 🤦🏽‍♀️ we were in fact celebrating and whoever he was almost ruined it.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the Starbucks was amazing and it’s location was very convenient.

This place looked really promising. My boyfriend and I were staying for 1 night to relax and catch an early flight home. The hot tub was broken, and that’s the main reason we stayed here. If we would have known that we would have looked elsewhere, especially after paying $200 for the night. The toilet wasn’t working because the tank wouldn’t fill. That was a simple fix that my boyfriend, shouldn’t have had to but did because it was easy. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and it seemed impossible to regulate the temp to anything but scalding hot. If that wasn’t enough the shower wouldn’t shut off and leaked all night, it was disruptive and we had a terrible time sleeping. We had to be up at 4am and didn’t want to switch rooms so late, so we tolerated it. For being such a modern hotel you’d think the basics would be well maintained but they weren’t. It was obvious more attention was given to the landscaping than maintaining the hotels basic functions. We were exhausted from a long trip and simply wanted to relax before flying home. It was far from relaxing.

There were mosquitos all throughout our room. We killed over 7 ourselves. When I booked online, it said the room slept four people, but the pullout was only for one person. I went to guest services and he was like yea, it only sleeps three, so I showed him online where it says four, and he couldn't understand why it would do that. The next morning when I complained about the mosquitos, they said nothing. I showed photos and the dead bugs on the wall. Gross!
