We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOnly “bad” thing was for half of our stay, the pool & hot tub were closed for maintenance but that is just the timing of our stay, we were notified in advance.
Location to downtown was good. Hotel was very nice with great amenities. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Only had drinks in the bistro, no food so cannot comment on that.

As you walked in the door you were immediately greeted by your staff. The area looked inviting and the outdoor area was delightful. Our room was facing the valley and was so pretty and peaceful looking out at the colorful leaves on the trees.

United StatesI don’t like having to ask for daily housekeeping because if you don’t you get nothing. No trash removal. No clean towels. No nothing. You are on your own. I believe when I pay for a hotel I should a automatically get get these services. Learned from a previous stay that this isn’t the case. So be aware! ASK. Or you will be disappointed. No more using the excuse it’s “Covid”!
