We arrived on a weekend and the bar was not open until early evening. The bar should be open all day at the weekends to support people traveling. Whilst the choice was great at the bar, there was never anyone around to serve. We had to constantly go to the front desk to ask them to find someone. When they did appear from the back, they looked irritated they had been disturbed, served you and then promptly went back into the back room. This was whether people had food orders in or not. I would suggest new bar staff are need or at least make sure they are in the bar when it is open.

The location of this hotel is excellent for where we are working. The property has all the necessary facilities and services. The front desk staff are so helpful and polite.

I would have liked to have booked directly with the facility rather than through booking.com. I could possibly have been able to get a discount being a member of the AAA. That of course was my mistake not yours...

The facility location is convenient to where we were to attend a function and since we had stayed there previously it met our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this facility.

Location is in a corporate park, so a bit isolated, and limited dining options. But has fantastic views of the area and lots of shopping and dining options within a short car ride.

The breakfast option is a very expensive Starbucks only. Only one person Staffing in the morning is expected to serve 10 other people at the same time. He was a tremendous worker, but no one should be expected to deliver great customer service in that environment.

The mattress was extra firm. The quality of the shampoo and conditioner is good. Room clean.

The room was spacious and clean. The location is right next to a major artery to go into the city but the hotel is set in a green wooded area and we saw deer coming out of the woods! The hotel provides a nice continental breakfast which is complimentary. Great Starbucks coffee, too!

Too expensive, no complimentary coffee, lacking maintenance (bathroom fan didn't work, door latch was loose making it difficult to open the door to enter, stair treads were loose). No extra blankets. Lighting.

The room smelled like pet urine. We killed one bug in the 1st 5 min. The bath mat/towel was soaking wet as were 2 washcloths. There was pet hair everywhere. We appreciate that the hotel accommodates pets but for a $75.00 fee, the room should be cleaner. That is half the cost of the room! It was too gross to stay. We decided to drive home (5 hours) instead! Got home at 1:30 AM to sleep in our clean beds vs. this hotel. The description says 'newly renovated'.. the peeling paint and dirty rug says otherwise.

No one tended to the room for 3 nights. The bathroom had hair in multiple places as well as rusty areas. No toilet paper or soap. Phone did not work, which made us have to use our cell to ask for towels and they wanted us to come get them. One elevator was out of order. Night 1 I woke up with 3 bites in my arm.
