The toilet was dirty when I checked in. Also when I ordered food at the restaurant downstairs there was hair in my sandwich when I told them they didn’t do anything.

It was close to my work, good size room, friendly housekeepers, they did clean my room every day, which was awesome.

1. Upon arrival, the front desk gave me the wrong room key, so after housekeeping let me in because the key did not work, I had to go back and get my stuff and go to the right room they provided me. 2. The shower could have been better by improving the water pressure. 3. After checking into the right room, we had a cockroach problem in the bathroom, so I called housekeeping, and they came by and took care of it. 4. The water bottles in the room cost $5.00, so luckily, I did not drink one. If you pay money for the room, the water should be free. 5. My spouse reported that she had bite marks on her arm so it might have been bedbugs. 6. The wi-fi kept turning off and on.

The checkin customer service was terrible and did not know the correct package our block had. The manager was terrible taking back everything that the front desk told us. The lobby manager was very upset and in a terrible mood, she treated everyone poorly and disrespectful. The housekeeping did not make the beds even after we requested it, the dropped off towels and that's it. The room next to us was extremely nosey you could hear everything and the alarm clock went off at 6am when no one was in the room. The staff seemed to be overall annoyed with everyone in the lobby and had conversations with eachother where they were talking badly of the guest. I have never stayed at a place like this and will never stay there again.

This is a biggie. .I asked and paid for a room with a king bed and a sleeper sofa in it since there was 3 of us me my daughter and my niece and there friend who came to hang out for awhile.we all had to sit on the one bed to visit and the niece who lives with me ALL had to SLEEP in the one bed IT SUCKED because I have fibromyalga and arthritis issues and I'm having surgery on my right shoulder on the 27th of this month so that was a bummer.Thank God it was a king and comfy as far as bed was concerned...we got to room and I noticed right away my room had no sofa in it just king bed so I went down to office and told her I needed my room to have a sofa bed cuz there are 3 of us..She said she doesn't have any left and my reservation didn't say that..It did I know it did.. I asked twice about sofa bed when making my reservation...I still believe weather I went through a person who wasn't in your office bldg. I should still get what I asked for and paid for..I had 3 young girls hanging out and We had just came from a get together ..I wanted to rest I was tired I drove up yesterday as well so by then I was done lol...I then had to have 3- 30 somethings on my bed girls mind I till 230 I'm n the morning then had to buzzed girls in MY BED HAHAHA..It's funny now but it wasn't last night!!! So despite how nice the place was and how comfy my bed was it wasn't what I asked for and it did but a dent in my night .. Also when I was trying to enjoy the wonderful jacuzzi and my little patio at 10:30 am there where men running all over using weed eaters to cut the grass right outside on the other side of the wall.I was in room 110 and they were doing it right outside in the little bushy area to the right of my patio..It was SO LOUD you couldn't even relax in either place..That noise kind of groundskeeping needs to be done after 12 pm because not everyone runs out of there at 7 am lol.

The BED and bedding where like heaven to me I have chronic pain so that was a big plus ..I mean Comfy 😁 we were right by pool on bottom floor I really liked having the little pateo set outside my sliding doors..I'm from Pinetop Lakeside AZ. and it's pretty cold here so having our own little spot to chill in the sun was fabulous...The Jacuzzi could y have been anymore needed then it was..and It was by far the nicest working and the cleanest Jacuzzi I've really ever had at a room always foam on the top..so that was a nice plus.. To he pool and the whole area inside and outside where nice and clean..

Not really an issue, but the room next door left a trashcan full of liquid/grey fluid (vomit?) that sat outside between our room and theors for our 3-day 2 night stay. Just an eyesore actually did not impact us at all.

Treated with kindness and very helpful. Our TV was great but had only 1 channel that did not work. It was NBC and the Olympics were on. We mentioned it and it was fixed by the time we returned to our roomthat day!! Honestly, this hotel is so great, we would still give it great reviews even with no fixed TV.

Booked through Booking.com and arrived at hotel and the KS bedroom we needed had been bumped and we were offered a smaller space with QS beds....we had to rebook another hotel so we lost $900 to the Courtyard Marriott folks and booking.com. Sucks.
