Had toasted bagel & cappuccinos. Very good, very friendly baristas. Front desk clerk at check in was extremely nice & helpful & generous with suggestions, waters for our room, delivered a microwave to our room, etc. We appreciated the flavored water dispensers & Chex mix dispensers.

The room was updated, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was nestled in a business park surrounded by big trees. The landscaping in the front was beautiful. They are still working on the inner courtyard. The bistro was interesting - more like a restaurant, and the food good! Breakfast was included in our rate, but I understand it isn't always.

I wasn't warned the hotel was under renovation - the outside looks scary and sketchy due to this. If I hadn't known someone else who had stayed here in the past, I would have kept going and found another hotel. This also caused some noise issues and the balcony of my room was closed.

During our stay, there was construction going on. The hotel messaged us about it, and gave us the construction times (9am-6pm). However, construction started earlier than expected on the morning we checked out, at around 8:30am. Could not go back to sleep afterwards.

Standard hotel room, nothing too spectacular. The bed was very comfortable.

Parking was mess because of construction. Hotel room is small for a long stay. No microwave and the refrigerator is too small for what we need. No free coffee or concession at the lobby. You have to buy them at their in-house Starbucks. This hotel is meant for business folks. My bad for picking it for a long stay.

Location was great for what we need. Beautiful Magnolia Trees on the facade. Staff were accommodating with our request to a better room. In room coffee is great! Huge lobby. Room has a great layout with sections to keep a bit of privacy. It has good soundproofing coz' despite the busy corner, we didn't hear much noise. We loved the modern furnitures, fixtures and lighting. Updated USB port. Strong wifi, A/ C and water pressure. Comfortable beds & seating area. Smart TV connects to cable. YouTube, Netflix etc. Bathroom was spacious with refillable toiletries. Sink and toilet are separate.

The hotel is going through remodeling and the swimming pool has been removed. It seems once the remodel is complete the hotel will be more suitable for business travelers.

I liked the room interior was completely renovated. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had a new shower. There is a fitness room, which has basic equipment for a decent workout. There is a restaurant that is only open for breakfast and the menu is kind of limited but the quality is really good for the price you pay.

We feel it was a bit pricey. But in general terms it was okay.

Breakfast was great. Staff at restaurant and hotel very kind and helpful. Installations were perfect for what we needed. A bit pricey. I would comeback if coming over there again.

I had booked the room about a month in advance and asked for a non ground floor room and that was not what I got when I arrived. Since I travel alone, I prefer higher room for safety reasons. Also, the coffee pot was broken and the shower takes a good few minutes to get hot.

Location and parking was great! Room was very clean, the TV was big and I could use my own Netflix. The recent remodel has really made for a nice property! Also, I love the fact that they have balconies, nice to be able to walk right outside for some fresh air. Staff is always accommodating!

it was ALL under construction and we were not able to get to our room and had to check out . construction workers we’re everywhere and heavy equipment. staff was very nice but we should have been made aware that this hotel was getting a new face lift.

The pattern of the carpet in our room would make me dizzy if you looked at it for too long. All the construction in the hotel was annoying.

Nothing was mentioned about the very active train tracks behind the hotel. Trains blowing loud horns at all hours of the day and night! Also, for the price, free coffee (other than the two cups in the room) would have been welcomed. Instead, the only alternative was to buy Starbucks in the lobby.
