United StatesLocation is a little scary. Nothing happened to my car. I went out and came back with dinner before the sun set. Driving in Rancho Cordova made me nervous.
The room was clean and comfortable. It was very cool since it was 103 outside! I enjoyed using the gym but would like to see more stationary bikes in case it gets busy. I was the only one using it.

United StatesI was surprised and disappointed with the $10.00 parking fee. There was plenty of space in the large parking lot. I don't recall that fee when I booked the reservation so I felt like a victim of bait and switch.
Food and service was good. Staff hung around and discussed politics in a loud way which I could do without. It ruined my experience.

United Statesour pull out bed was horrifically dirty with a lot of stains. They should really change the mattress. I forgot to tell front desk but that was the only thing that was appreciated in the stay.
Loved how well kept the property was. Enjoyed all its amenities. The food was good too and liked how clean it was.

The staff all went above and beyond, and breakfast was awesome we had the breakfast flatbread and it was excellent! We were able to pay half the price of staying in downtown Sacramento and we just took an Uber to our show downtown

United StatesMultiple kids in the gym (roughly age 5/6) and lack of staff assertiveness to kick them out. They were loud running around, holding weights by me/ over me at one point and flew off the treadmill because they put it up so high. Staff did not come and kick them out, even after making their presence known. Major liability issue. The trick or treating wet on was too long. 7-9:30, at which point kids wee banging on doors still. No cleaning of the rooms during stay. Major issue for me. Hotels have changed too much post covid. Now we don’t clean rooms or provide clean towels? Unacceptable.

United StatesBooking didn’t pay for our room. The front desk announced loudly that our card had been declined. I got my card out again and she told me that it was the wrong card. I explained that I only carry the one card, but I could get my husbands card if that made a difference. After running back out to the car she realized that it was actually Booking.com that hadn’t paid. It was embarrassing as we were traveling with a big group of friends and I was the first to check in. Had to rebook a room and then ask my bank for reimbursement as there was no number to call Booking

United StatesThe hotel was very loud. When I arrived, the lobby was full of drunk guests. I could hear literally everything said in the room next to mine through the door adjoining our rooms. I had to sleep with my earbuds in so I didn't have to hear the guy next door's music at 6 AM or his podcasts that he's listen to past midnight. At one point, I called the front desk to ask for towels since there was no housekeeping and they kept me on hold for over 20 minutes.
The room was fairly clean at the start though they don't provide housekeeping which is not ideal.
