Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I enjoyed the free parking for guest offered by Courtyard. The Location has exceptional restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy to major expressways. Courtyard staff very responsive, helpful and simply friendly.

For the amount of money that each guest pays, guests should be able to enjoy free breakfast with all other amenities.....also guests should offered the flexibility of choosing whether to pay with cash or credit/debit.

The parking lot sweeper or whatever that came thru at night slung junk all over the cars in the parking lot. Came out in the morning to crud slung all over my truck. How rude.

The key card server was down,
Stayed for a singular evening before moving on farther south. Super close to a lot of amenities that helped us prepare for our overall trip. Room was absolutely amazing. Clean, modern, and cozy.

The walls are a little thin. We heard everything the couple in the next room were doing. Everything. Not sure if anything could be done about this.
Very friendly staff. Very clean facilities. Excellent location for what we needed. Lots of food choices within walking distance.

This hotel would have been perfect if breakfast was actually included as implied by Booking.com. Their website states "An American breakfast is available every morning at the hotel." Note- available does not mean free or included in the cost of the stay. There is a cafe in the lobby where you can pay $8 for a breakfast sandwich. Or you can walk across the parking lot to the Starbucks nearby and pay half that. There are many restaurants around, and the location is very convenient, so a continental free breakfast wasn't necessary, but I did choose this hotel because I thought it was included. Otherwise, it was very clean, beds very comfortable, large and spacious bathrooms and the sofa bed in our room was excellent. I would stay hear again! I'm just bitter because of the breakfast.

Although I had a coffee maker in the room, the supplies are good for one cup. I'm a two-cupper and the service in the hotel doesn't begin until 7. Would prefer to be able to access it on-demand. That said, there's a Starbucks 100 yards from the hotel.
New hotel with excellent, cheerful staff. Very clean and stylish. I was traveling by myself and had a rental car. I felt safe and my car didn't sustain any door dings or anything else that would have compromised a satisfactory return.

I actually didn’t have anything negative as far as my stay. The system to check is in was down for over an hour, but the manager worked non-stop calling people until she got it fixed. She gave us a water and a snack on the house and that speaks volumes to her empathy.
The beds were extremely comfortable. I enjoyed a good nights sleep and that to me is worth every penny.
