The ac seemed to have trouble keeping up. Though it was particularly hot the days we were there. There was a wet spot on the floor that didn't seem to dry up. The layout seemed a bit odd. Rather small room for a king size bed and couch.

We arrived early and still was able to check in. Lobby/hall looked clean. Room seemed clean as well. Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy. Within waking distance of union station.

I was surprised we had to pay an additional $18/night for parking. The cost of the stay per night is high and by the time you add the fees, it is really up there. Parking should be included.

I liked the stand-alone hotel with its own parking. Lobby was active and welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean.

I knocked off one point for the shower. That head direction is not adjustable, so it sprays all over when it's not needed. But the water pressure was great

Weed smell as soon as you walked into the side door closest to my room. Grout missing in bathroom pinched feet when getting out of shower. The door lock was busted so the only lock was the key handle lock. Also for over 200 dollars it comes with absolutely no breakfast at all. Just a broken up room. But it was clean for the most part

Our refrigerator was dirty. We needed more pillows and the staff had no key for housekeeping so one of our kids didn't have a pillow. We also had to pay $15 for parking which we hadn't had to do in the past.

The hotel is hard to get to if there’s a lot of events going on because it’s right in the middle of several different event centers, which made things difficult to find. There was a security guard when I arrived who was extremely disrespectful and rude. The woman who checked me in, was not very friendly and seemed to be rushing me through the process.

The room was nice and clean. It seemed like it was only a few years old. The overnight staff was very, very nice and accommodating. I believe her name was Nikita, but she was extremely nice. Much nicer than the woman that checked me in and the security guard that was outside. The bed was a little low for my taste, but it was comfortable. I love that. There’s on site parking that you can park your own vehicle, but I did think charging for it was a little ridiculous considering it’s right there on the property.

This a recently remodeled hotel. Bathroom was tiny. Toilet was very small and low to the ground. Air conditioner in bedroom was loud. Parking was $15 per night extra.

We included breakfast in our booking. They didn't have a record of it but were wonderful in taking care of the issue. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Area is quiet, place is clean. Breakfast was nice. Air conditioner was super great! Parking was safe and close to door. 2 blocks from Union Station. Close to IKEA and the Foundry. Many colleges in the area. Super easy access from interstate.
