Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesI see all bon voy locations have went the route of cable tv +streaming options on their tvs, but, I’m not going to go through the hassle of temp logging in to my accounts to watch content for a few days. Was able to watch local football games in room, but this route just seems like an el cheapo move by a high end hotel. I’ve stayed at much much much cheaper places that tend to have better standard channels. Experience left me kind of meh.. The bathroom sink drain was non functional, and with the way it’s manufactured the drain has little tolerance for prying up to reset it, so, I was left without usage of the sink while on my stay. The thermostat on the wall was less in the means of functional and more of an outdated decor piece. The mini split that actually controlled the temp of the room was partially functional. It did heat and cool, but, it didn’t regulate itself like it should. Meaning if I turned it on at all, it would continue to heat the room until it was 75-80 degrees or more even. Walking in to an over heated room is never fun, but waking up in the middle of the night sweating my a** off, turning the unit off, then waking up in the morning freezing cold, isn’t ideal. Did I call the front desk about these issues? No. Could I have done so, and gotten a different room? Yes, didn’t feel like being a bother.
Location, staff, clean property. All great things about the downtown location

United StatesWhen i went to check in they had no idea of my reservation with you. I have asked several times, tried to call, email, etc. to get my refund from you as I had to book the day of my stay directly when I went to check in.
I just slept and showered . The bar was nice.

United StatesSince hotel was full, had room on the lowest level right next to stairs exit. Was a bit loud in the morning with folks leaving. Breakfast was a bit costly.
Like the courtyard concept near Old Town. Easy walking distance to a number of places. Since the conference I was attending was at the convention center - good distance walk but easy to get there.

United StatesI don't know if they are updating the facility but the lobby didn't look like the booking pictures at all and seemed slightly run down. Different colors, decor, etc... The rooms were a little run down. The drawers in our dresser didn't close properly and the caulking around the tub was old and cracked - looked hard to keep clean. The towel bar was coming off the wall on one side - looked like it wasn't even anchored into the wall. It would have been better if it had been a grab bar/towel bar. The mattresses sagged a little if two people were in the bed, but they weren't the worst I have encountered. However, for the price we paid, I would have expected a few more of the little things like this to have been taken care of.
Location was fantastic. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Room was large and it looked like some of it was recently upgraded - carpet, etc... Close parking. Really close to great restaurants, shopping, event venues, etc...

United StatesI was disappointed to discover there was no complimentary breakfast. I have to assume I missed that detail during booking but for the cost, I had expected at least some type of grab and go breakfast options would be offered complimentary. I appreciate the renovation of the bathroom to a shower with a sliding glass door. It was attractive but believe it should be a bit wider as it was a tight fit for my husband. The bathroom lighting was good until you needed to lean in to do your makeup where it created somewhat of a shadow. Parking was only free if you could manage to secure one of the 10 or so spots along the hotel. We were disappointed when told we'd need to pay for parking in the lot designated for hotel guests if we were parked there after 8 pm. It was frequently used by non-hotel guests just eating and dining downtown at no cost at the risk of being towed but I seriously doubt that is enforced. All that being said, the worst issue we had was the mechanical noise and vibration (almost like a constant fan blower sound) in the hall and in our room. Our first night we stayed in room 509 which was located on the top floor facing downtown which was very nice, so we were excited. But as we got to the door, we could feel the floor vibrating from the mechanical vibration. It continued through the night. I don't believe I've ever asked to be moved rooms in a hotel, but after the first night, I had to ask if we could move to a quieter room. The staff was very accommodating and thankfully did get us moved for our second night. We lost our view on the 5th floor (we actually ended up on the first floor facing a construction dumpster) but it was the lesser of the evils especially since we wouldn't in the hotel most of the evening.
The location is great for downtown activities. We were able to walk to local businesses as well as walk to two of our events for the weekend. The staff was pleasant and responsive to our concerns. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, but the contractors were unobtrusive and conscientious about when they were working to avoid unnecessary noise. I liked the decor of the room and bathroom. The room felt clean and fresh.

United StatesThe size of the room and location. We traveled with our small dog and I was worried he’d be noisy hearing other guests coming and going but the specific room we had was spacious and quiet and allowed us quick access to outdoors (as it was ground level near lobby entrance).
