Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI was not a fan of having the water glasses in the room face down on top of ice bucket tray. patrons will be putting their mouths on the rims of glasses to drink from. The over the shower vent had a heavy layer of dust.

CanadaSome of the hotel is a bit worn (elevators, things like that). The hotel room was mostly clean, but there were some spots that weren't totally clean (bathroom was only so-so). It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't perfect. Food offerings were wildly expensive, even for a hotel.
Convenient location. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a good value for the money paid, as well. Nice lobby area, obviously recently updated. Wifi was surprisingly good - much better than most hotels I've been at. Beds were comfortable, and the furnishings inside the room were all in good shape.

Very dirty with construction going on, should be closed during construction. Hallways smelled like marijuana. Staff at desk not to friendly. I asked for a complimentary bottle of water and they said, " the gift bags are not for "regular" members.

United StatesThere was a slight issue with the parking. We were directed to park on the second floor or higher of the garage. However after we parked on the second floor, we found that the elevator was not working. This was a hardship for my companion who uses a cane and has mobility concerns (Parkinson's) I brought this to the attention of the desk staff (Antonio) and he made it possible for us to park on on the first level in a handicapped space. That was a big relief! The second morning I realized that the car was on the second floor (from the previous evening). I do not drive so one of the staff members (Kamieka?) offered to come with me and brought the car to the front entrance of the hotel. Great help from the staff !!
Breakfast: It was very good! We had some breakfast from Bistro each of the mornings we were there. The staff was pleasant, efficient, and reliable. It was also a good value - Overall: The staff was totally AWESOME! always ready to offer suggestions for places to eat, directions, change for the laundry, greeting us in hallways etc. The room was EXCELLENT! It had plenty of room for my companion to be comfortable with his limited mobility. When we ate in our room the table with wheels was helpful to move it to where he was comfortable. The adaptive bathroom was a wonderful! He felt very secure taking a shower due to the bars he could gold onto. There was ample room in the bathroom for him to move around in getting out of the tub. We also appreciated the quality of the towels and the amount we had in our room. The bed was lovely and the TV was great!
