The rooms are neglected and not maintained. Peeling paint, water leak stains in the ceiling, dirty walls, and dead bugs on the windowsills.

The food from the dining room and entertainment both poolside and at night were fantastic!

The hot tub wasn't very nice. Heart shaped one. Shower was horrible. No pay stations on Tv.

I would suggest advertising more possibly on social media to attract more couples so that other parts of the resort can be opened up again.

We liked the entertainment this weekend. We also like the bartender Gina, and waiters Chris/Eric we look forward to seeing them after coming here for over 15 years.

We didn’t like that some of the activities listed weren’t available, some of the bars listed weren’t open, and some of the structures on the property needed updated/repaired.

We like the size of the room, games, entertainment, and that food can be included in your package.

The breakfast was horrible and for what paid for the room breakfast should of been included or a better option for it to be buffet style

The room was amazing my partner, and I really enjoyed our stay just relaxing out with one another, the deer were interesting never been that close to them before so that was an experience, to the activities and the fact that we were pretty much in a secluded area away from everything was a plus. All in all was a wonderful stay

This was our second visit to Cove Haven. We decided to go with a cheaper room this time and we actually liked it so much better than the more expensive one! Breakfast and dinner was great, staff was great, and the deer were absolutely amazing!! My only downside was that a lot of the activities weren't available but we were prepared for that because of the weather being in between winter and spring. We have done winter and early spring...next time we want to go late spring when everything is opened up.

719 definitely need some care: -Faucet for champagne tower leaks water -Some of the glass in ceiling at bedroom loose -Floor Tile that going in to the pool broke/loose -Bed needs some type of adjustment -Sauna Door was not closing properly

Even though the Room setup is amazing and unique, it is also a little outdated. The carpets are very old and don't exactly leave you comfortable stepping on them barefoot. A carpet replacement and a new coat of fresh paint would go a long way

The Champagne Tower room is very unique! It offers EVERYTHING we need so that we never want to leave it. The fireplace and lighting were very romantic. Having our own private heated pool was the icing on the cake. My wife was very happy with the entire experience!

The bar area above the bowling alley has food, but they only staff it with a bartender. So the bartender is tending the bar and then going out and taking people’s orders that are sitting around the outer tables and it’s kind of a mess. You could wait a very long time before you have someone coming over to take your order.

There are lots of activities day and night. You can never be bored.

The pool water was kinda warm but the pool room itself was cold... The bathroom heat didn't work so of course that was also cold... When we arrived our room wasn't ready until 7pm even though checking was at 330... So we had to push back our dinner reservation!!!

I liked the setup of the room the hot tub and private pool options was dope... The dinner was good and unlimited!!!
