I can’t say there was anything we didn’t like.

I loved the location of the house and how there are no visible fences around the property or other houses right next to you. There is plenty of privacy. The jacuzzi is perfect for stargazing with a glass of wine. The house has everything you can think of and more, kind of like a home away from home. Also, the little golf course and sand bag toss are an added plus. Will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends. Perfect location to stay while exploring Joshua Tree.

I liked everything

I had a fantastic stay at Coyote Tracks in Joshua Tree. The property's perfect location, just a short drive from Joshua Tree National Park, combined with its charming, comfortable accommodation and stunning desert views, made for an unforgettable experience. The rustic interior, well-appointed amenities, and private outdoor space for relaxing and stargazing were highlights of my stay.

If you are noise sensitive, there is a rooster on another property that starts crowing early and for most of the morning. We didn't mind, but if you're staying up to stargaze and sleeping in, earplugs may help. Home is dog friendly, but outdoor terrain may be uncomfortable for delicate paws, as some of the natural ground cover has 'stickers' that can poke and inbed themselves.

The home was conveniently located, unexpectedly large, and provided scenic, unobstructed views in all directions. Everything was beautifully decorated, clean, and home supplies were easy to find. The jacuzzi was amazing, and we enjoyed using the putting green and corn toss equipment. Area was perfect for stargazing, and Yucca Valley has many popular retailers only 10-15 mins away. We would love to come back and stay longer.

Coyote Tracks was a great place to call home after a long day out in Joshua Tree! When we arrived the space was immaculately clean and welcoming. The beds were comfy, the showers were awesome and the kitchen was incredible. It was a nice layout for a family (especially if you have a teen). :) We lucked out too because my husband had bad allergies and the extra room saved us 😉 The hot tub was an added bonus at the end of each day. We even grilled one night (crazy for us city slickers!). We would absolutely stay here again and plan on recommending Coyote Tracks to visit JTNP often. Michael is a great host not only in his responsiveness, but more importantly in his attention to detail and easy access to communication. Thank you Frida great stay. We’ll be back! We enjoyed every moment at Coyote Tracks

Only two things. First, the Hot tub seemed to be over chlorinated as several of us ended up with some itchy/burning skin. Maybe we stayed in it too long. Second, and I reported to owner, was that some of the pans were so warped that they would not work on the induction cooktop. We were able to get by with using one good pan. This did not affect our ability to cook, but it might if you need multiple pans to cook at the same time.

Located a bit outside of the town of Joshua Tree, this home was a nice retreat after a day of hiking and exploring in the Joshua Tree Park. The outdoor games were nice and I like how the house was outfitted. The big glass doors on the back of the house are very nice and let in a lot of light.

One very minor complaint would be the lock box. It seemed like too many buttons to manipulate to get to the keys. I don't know much about lock boxes but it would be nice to just punch in the code and the box magically opens. Like I said, very minor complaint barely worth mentioning.

The house is new (built 2022), very clean and beautiful. It's well stocked with all the necessary consumables and has lots of outdoor and indoor games available. If you will be cooking, you'll very much enjoy using the modern kitchen with induction range, microwave with tons of beautiful countertop space. The jacuzzi was already heated when we arrived and looked fantastic but we didn't get to use it as it was too windy and cold during our visit - maybe next time. And if you own an EV, you'll love having the EV charger on hand to recharge your car for the ride home. Charger tip: if you get an error message trying to charge your car just turn the charger off and back on to reset it. And a big plus is the host, Michael, who is almost always available to answer your questions both before and during your stay. It's obvious he very much cares about the quality of your visit.

Great location with no immediate neighbors, only 10 minutes from the town of Joshua Tree and about 20 minutes from the national park. Great amenities, very clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

I would say n/a, but if I had to be nit picky… The hot tub had a lot of chlorine in it, which was fine and clean, but after night #2 my skin was irritated. Don’t think there’s much that can be done with that. I mean we did soak in there for 2+ hours! We went in winter, and it can get a little cold inside the rooms if the doors are closed (the kitchen/living area stays warm).

Very modern and clean space with all the amenities you could ever need. We were surprised at all the kitchen equipment- coffee maker, kettle with a lot of settings, microwave, oven, induction stove, toaster oven / dehydrator, all the pots (one was as big as my torso), pans, diff sizes of cutlery, utensils, cheese grater, rolling pin…. Everything. It was nicer than my kitchen at home! Beds super comfy; towels and linens all great. Super clean. The view of the stars is fantastic from the hot tub. No neighbors too close, lots of space. Games in the backyard like mini golf and cornhole. Super nice host (didn’t meet in person) who was in contact via Booking’s messaging system. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at!

The floor is glazed concrete. In cold weather, the floor was very cold.

The location is excellent for Joshua tree. The house was spotless. The extras (jacuzzi, fire pit) were very nice. The photos were accurate.
