Kitchen well equipped, house was clean, excellent WiFi and tv, nearby playground, convenient safe location, ample street parking and very responsive host.

Taani1 arvustus„Unhygienic and not as advertised!”The property was advertised as having three bathrooms, and this was crucial for us (we were a party of four), because my elderly father was with us and he needs his own bathroom. In fact there was only only one bathroom, and it had flooded earlier in the day, so the floor was covered with damp towels and blankets. It also smelled (the toilet had apparently backed up). I should add that the beds were also terribly uncomfortable. It was really difficult for two people to comfortably sleep in them together. This led me to sleep in the third bedroom in the middle of the night. There was also standing water in the kitchen (there had apparently been problems with the plumbing there as well). We decided to only stay one night, when we discovered the truth of where we were staying. We asked Booking staff for a refund given that the house was advertised as having three bathrooms but only had one (which was hardly functioning). They contacted the property, but the property would not give us a refund. We did get some money back directly from Booking, but it was only 40% of the price of the stay (they apparently won't cover more than that amount). This place was a nightmare.

Inside overgrown vines (not poison ivy) covering the windows. It was grungy and cluttered. It was not in downtown Ithaca but in a run down neighborhood. We took a walk and decided we did not feel comfortable sleeping there and left. In addition, the unit was way overpriced for the value. I am surely hoping for some sort of refund.
Absolutely nothing.

Ameerika Ühendriigid9 arvustust3 hinnatud abistavaks„Not so cozy for some”MOST IMPORTANT- two of the 4 of us couldn't sleep due to coughing very badly because something upstairs set off their asthma. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights and left after one. I don't recommend this place for anyone with respiratory problems.i emiled the owner with regard to this issue but haven't heard back. The upkeep isn't very good. Stairs into the house are a rickety.
The downstairs living room and kitchen were comfortable. The location was quite good.

There was a lot of pet hair on the bed in one of the bedrooms, noticeable dirt and grime all over. It is as if someone is living in the property as there were personal items like loofahs and open soap bars left in the bathroom. We wanted to leave the property immediately but could not find availability around the city as we had come during a graduation weekend. The final straw that made us leave after one night though we had a longer reservation was when my husband woke up to a bat flying above his head in the bedroom. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone.
