Everything is good, except The adapter in the restroom didn’t work. AC is a bit loud. The wind was strong during our stay, blown the screen door, we couldn’t close .

Location is convenient to travel around. Especially near our son Naval school.

A couple lights didn’t work, the sheets were too small for the bed, the screen door had some issues latching and the other residents didn’t properly dispose of their trash so it ended up in the yard.

It was quiet, cozy and close to the beach.

Only one small snag. The storm door was damaged (?) and would not close. The first night had a rain and wind storm and the door banged all night. I came up with a way to "tie" the door so it wouldn't flap but that was temporary of course. Really a small inconvenience and did not alter the entire experience.

No keys. It was a coded lock. Arrival was a little confusing but it was after dark. I called the owner and he talked me through parking and entry. He was very kind and accommodating on every level. The bed was comfy the bathroom new with a big tiled shower. Microwave and fridge very clean as was the entire space. Let me say Thank You to the owner for his help and patience.

I would recommend to Anthony to build a path from the entrance gate to the patio as when it rained it was a pain with it being muddy. I also would recommend taking a look at the front storm door on the suite as it does not close and when it rained the door swung open and could cause issues in a heavy storm. There also was some miscommunication between Anthony and the cleaning team that delayed our check in by an hour, though I did not like waiting because it was handled swiftly and correctly, I believe it should not be held against them besides me acknowledging the problem on here. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to knowing we have a potential place in the future.

The location of this property is nice and right across the street from beach access to Ocean View Beach. The suite is in the backyard of the property that has 2 other rentals attached in the front. The bathroom is great and the room itself is a decently large room. There is dedicated parking for this suite as well. I would recommend this place in the future and will probably be back in the future.

there was shootings on the streets 2-3 blocks away and we called the cops twice because of it. however the area was very quiet and it was just in one night.

This was a great find. You will definitely get more out of it than what you pay for. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. It is sooooo clean and the host was responsive and kind.

I wish the host included a set of two plates, drinking glasses, utensils and cups (not plastic cups) in addition to the fridge and microwave. The plates and drinking glasses could be made of unbreakable plastic. A roll of paper towels would be a nice addition. The lock mechanism of the storm door was not working, so the door flapped in the wind. I had to be creative to handle that problem the last night.

The studio was clean, the location was great, close to the airport, less than half a mile walking distance from the beach, with a quiet environment. I slept well, there were no noises from the neighbors and the bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom too. I didn’t see anyone during my visit. TV worked great. I easily connected to my Netflix account via the Roku system. Don’t forget to sign out before you leave! I visited the Botanical Gardens during my stay. I love botanical gardens! And it was free too (every Thursday during Black History month).

the water pressure in the shower is very low, low to the point that most of the options on the multi-jet shower do not operate at any capacity that will rinse you. A simple swith to a less GPM and more airated head would fix this and the digital lock on the door was quite finicky often taking several attempts to get the door unlocked as it kept saying battery was low and lock would not engage properly. I thought at one point we would be locked out, but my wifes persistance got it to work. Other than these two small things it was great, I would Def. reccomend this place to anyone. I would also Def. stay here again, only I would bring some double AA batteries and my shower head with me nexttime, LOL Overall, Best place I have stayed in a while

the location was great, it's very quiet, no booming music from cars going by like you have at hotels, no road noise that you commonly have at hotels, no loud neighbors, no dogs barking all night, no doors slamming all night like you always have at every hotel, no weird druggy people walking around like at hotels. Beach is 2 1/2 blocks away even though we didn't use it due to low outside temps. if you want a quiet place to sleep, use wifi, and relax, this is the spot at or below what you will pay at hotels for far less peace, quiet, and privacy Has apartment size fridge/freezer, microwave, tv with HDMI outputs "bring your own cable" and a walk in shower

Quiet, clean, close to beach. Perfect little hidden treasure. Found some extras in some drawers. Nice yard that is fenced in. Great if you have a pet. Friendly people around was nice. It was a great experience. Bring some extra pillows.
