The location was out of downtown, were I needed to be, but ended up learning the bus routes and using uber. Two other things, both out of the control of the rentee...the bed was too soft (this is me personally as I like a firmer bed) and the unique smell of a non tobacco substance in the lobby. Again both out of the control of the rentee.

For the money, the unit was very spacious, almost ashamed i was by myself. Although in a loft apartment complex, the room was relatively quiet. I would stay here again especially for a extend stay.

There was not enough toilet paper or paper towlels left out, and no just general cleaner out to use for wiping the clear glass table or countertops down after and the supply closet was locked if there was more in there. We couldn't find any searching. Just a fitted sheet and top sheet- so make sure to bring your own blankets (comforter or thicker blankets) for the futon couch.

This was a great value if wanting a home away from home. We went for the Gateway Nationals and wanted room for 4. Hotels were outrageous for 3 day stays. It was clean and spacious for 4 ppl. The bedroom was nice, but the "2nd room" is a pullout futon couch in the living room. Parking was great - it's protected by a gate. We were warned by a few locals about street parking and robberies. So it was comforting that the parking was protected. We were also warned about walking to/from The Dome, so we took an Uber Friday there for $ 10. That night when we left the Dome, Ubers were $70-$100, so we decided to walk. Leaving The Dome -95% of the walk back you are with a whole big group of people walking together. There were maybe 2 blocks we walked just us, and we felt in no danger.

The sliding door on the bathroom shower didn’t stay closed so showering was difficult while holding to door closed.

While the bed was very comfortable, the sheets were scratchy. The sofa couch was a bit confusing and definitely not something that I would recommend for more than one person to sleep on. The community areas to get to our apartment were not very clean and smelled bad, but that obviously can't be controlled by the hosts.

The apartment was great. Everything was clean & comfy. Communication with the hosts went well. The hosts even left us some snacks and water for our stay! The process for checking in & out were clear and helpful.

The lift wasn't working properly so had to haul our luggage up to the 3rd floor. The shower was really hot with good pressure but the sliding door had to be wedged shut with a washcloth otherwise the floor got wet. The bed was too soft for our liking and we both had aching backs for a while.

Loved the apartment, nicely designed and setup. As soon as we entered there was a nice fragrance too. Beautiful restored wooden floors. Kitchen was great and functional.

The first day I was in the AC wasn’t working properly. Once I let the host know of the issue they were there to fix the issue within the hour.

Beautiful loft in walking distance to about everywhere I needed to go downtown St. Louis. Although I didn’t have a chance to go to a soccer game while I was there, I could see the stadium from the loft and could hear the crowd cheering. I will definitely be back next time I’m in St. Louis.

The bed was way too soft. Very uncomfortable for me. Someone on the property was throwing an out of control pool party and it was over 150 people outside hanging around the property. The security guard could only do so much. There was broken glass all over the street and stairs leading to the front door of the property. Someone leaving the property told us to hurry up and move our car because someone was busting out car windows. The smell of marijuana was everywhere outside and inside. Garbage was piled in the hallway by the trash compactor instead of down the chute and all around the pool area. The area looks run down and the building around the lofts looked abandoned but they were also lofts, I assume.

Very nice loft, shocked when we got inside. it was peaceful and cozy! The hostess was Amazing, she answered any messages I sent her.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the building itself. The location got a little sketchy the closer we got to our loft, the building had doors left open where anyone could enter and the smell was pretty bad. The only thing about the loft itself was the bed.. The liens were super itchy!

I loved how cute the loft was!! Super close to main attractions! Yummy restaurants were around.

I needed a nice peaceful place to stay that was close to SLUHospital where my daughter was having surgery. I had never stayed in an air b&b so wasn't sure how to do things @ first. But Asia was always available, patient, informative, professional, helpful, & kind ANYTIME I reached out to her. The loft is very clean, spacious, & has all amenities u need. Incomplete instructions on how to access keys and access parking. Private pool was dirty, green with algae and not useable. Disappointing for the grandkids. Shower doors would not stay shut. Not leveled so they slide open on their own.
