The only thing missing was a hot tub in the pool.

The layout and the view from the rear of the property is great. It is very close to wallmart too. It was also a manned gated community which my wife really liked.

Not enough wash cloths for a family of 6. Pool skimmer was broken. Delayed pool usage by a day because it was not cleaned on arrival.

I didn't like that the volume on the tv did not work! It only worked if I was on my Netflix account. Also, the pool was dirty, but after I called, they did send someone to clean it. Also, a few lamps did not have bulbs.

The pool is tiny. Only good for kids to splash in, not for swimming. We were told the communal facilities made up for this, but those are really just leisure pools so we didn’t get any ‘real swimming’.

The towels newer and softer. Toilet seats were old and stained. Dishes needed to be cleaned prior to using. Pots were rusted. Could've used more cleaning supplies trash bags,paper towels. Unable to watch main TV in living area (no signal)

The couches were heavily stained and needed to be deep steam cleaned. The bedding wasn't washed or cleaned before we got there, we had to wash them ourselves. An the mattress in the master bedroom should be a comfortable mattress not hard like laying on the floor.

The house was spacious, the many bedrooms and bathrooms and it had its own private pool. The house itself was beautiful, my family loved it.

The home is absolutely stunning, exactly what you see in the photos. Any questions I had, I received a response right away. Very accommodating, I was able to get a late check out at the last minute. Definitely will book again!

The master bedroom mattress was terrible it has to be 10-15 years old all you feel is springs it’s about 4” thick. The house was ok but not kept up well. The patio furniture was old dirty and out dated. There’s so many things I can complain about. When I’m on vacation I expect where I’m staying to be comfortable and clean this place missed the mark! I’m an influencer and typically record my trips I couldn’t hear! The sad part is upon arrival and walking in it looks nice and then you notice all that’s wrong and keep in mind I reach out to the owner multiple times because none of the tv’s worked the entire stay! They finally replied the day before I was leaving.

It was close to where I needed to be otherwise I wise I had picked a different house.

Beautiful home but it was not properly stocked with toiletries, trash bags or paper towels. Not nearly enough for a family of 8 with one small roll of tissue per bathroom. pool was not cleaned and we were told it would be cleaned on Thursday. Which gave us 2 days to use before leaving out from a 5 day stay. We also had to sweep down the patio and clean up pool toys that were scattered throughout the patio area. I just thought things could have been a bit tidier as well as home being more stocked with supplies. We were asked to put out the already full dumpster of trash that was full of flies & maggots. We didn't have anywhere to put our garbage until it was emptied, on scheduled garage pick up day, because it was full! :( crazy but we did it. We are a retired military family of 24 years and. know how to make things work! Our Grandkids enjoyed Disney and we enjoyed spending quality time with our adult kids.

Very commercial feeling. Missing some lightbulbs - like the one next to the master bed. I ended up sleeping in one of the "kids" bedrooms. The mattresses were covered in plastic and the sheets came off every time I moved. Very basic kitchen - not even a full set of dishes, only one kitchen mitt, etc.

The location was great. Lots of space. The pool temperature was perfect!

The air con broke, the pool furniture was mouldy, there were cockroaches and lizards all over. While the staff dealt with the air con by the next day. The house has been left under maintained. We found out it was up for sale so perhaps this is why. The cost was ridiculous given the standard when I know I could stay down the road for a quarter of the price but I thought we were paying for a more luxurious experience. I complained and was told cozykey would speak to the owner about a partial refund. Nothing heard since. Would never use again.

We couldn't find any fault with Cozykey.

The first house we booked got flooded, and Cozykey put us into a new house. They kept us up-to-date very well. The house was very spacious, had air conditioning and a swimming pool. Towels and bed linen were provided. Location was within half an hour drive from all theme parks. A five minute drive from shops and restaurants. The Cozykey Team were very obliging to put us up for an extra night after our flight was cancelled. We would definitely recommend Cozykey Accommodation to anyone travelling and looking for accommodation.

The property was not clean. There was dust in the corners of the rooms. stains on the couch the lamps just stains all over…the floors were filthy socks got all black just from walking on them. There was Dom sticky stuff on the carpet of the master bedroom. One of the blinds were in a vase next to the back door. one of the drawers was broken in one of the rooms with the double beds. there was open candy in the area with the pool table from previous guest. Pool was full of worms we had to clean it ourselves. the pool cleaner came on Thursday in the middle of our stay.
