Ameerika Ühendriigid1 arvustus„Bad cottage greatview”There were a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling. We never could get the Wi-Fi to work so no phone or Internet or TV. One of the lights above the kitchen did not work and another light above the bathroom sink did not work. The stairs up to the loft were super steep and unsafe.

Not applicable for food service. It was 100 yards from the ocean can’t be beat! Beautiful view and lots of fresh air! Rained like crazy a cpl days and was still awesome!

Ameerika Ühendriigid1 arvustus„Had a great time staying at the cottage, prefect place to come back to after a long day traveling up and down the coast.”Many of the light switches did not work. I assume the bulbs must have been blown since the kitchen and bathroom lights along with the lamps did work. The batteries in the roku remote were dead, but lucky that the batteries in the dvd remote were the same type so we just switched them out.
The property was super cozy and we loved the location! The view of the beach was amazing and thankful that the kitchen was stocked with plates and mugs. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and the tv had been updated so we were able to watch hulu and other services.

No mattress or pillow covers just dirty sheet and no blanket. Ladder going to the the other beds dangerous to kids and unacceptable for elderly person

The entire weekend was ruined by us spending it on the phone trying to get help from VACASA. They refused to help or refund us. They gave us the cleaning fee back but that was nothing. A weekend away ruined. Money wasted. Hours spent on the phone instead on vacation because we were freezing. The property management even lied and said we wouldn't let them in. Why not, we were freezing! Absolutely zero care or concern from VACASA! NEVER RENT FROM VACASA!
