The space, the furnishings, the large bed - everything was great. Two pools, one of them is even cooled which is the most awesome thing ever in the August heat! Sun-lounge chair area with sand where you can chill, beautiful ambiance, especially in the evening. Also, the surrounding neighbourhood was nice and quiet, and the beach was clean and beautiful. It was also peaceful, guests were very quiet. Staff was super-polite and helpful. Very cosy, a little spot of paradise!

The only negatives I can think of is that the metal bed frame was a bit noisy, but this is even a minor quibble and as the patio was surrounded by vegetation for privacy, I did have a slight problem with the bugs, even though the kind guy at reception (sorry I forget his name) provided me with a free bottle of bug spray !

Beautiful quiet boutique hotel but just one block from the beach and 100m from shops and restaurants. The rooms are well appointed with quality fixtures & fittings. Very comfortable beds. A private patio area was appreciated. Free coffee and snacks outside the reception area was a nice touch. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The two small swimming pools were a welcomed break from the heat. Free parking appreciated. Good quality WiFi pleased our 14yr old !

This was a return trip as we experienced rain the first time. This time we were able to enjoy one of the two salt water pools and again really appreciated being able to walk to the beachas well as the shops and the restaurants on Atlantic ave. The hotels provides you with beach towels, beach chairs to borrow and the kitchen nook allows you have your breakfast with a Nespresso machine at your disposition and snacks and wine to purchase. We were even welcome back with a free bottle ! You really feel valued and the checking / check out is very easy. No added resort or parking fee makes it even nicer.

I liked the different areas to chill in. Like the hammock area, different pools, my back little area to sit outside in. I loved the location. 5 minutes from beach and also right next to main ave! Atlantic right? Will def come back

The overall feeling good being a home from home. The well stocked fridge, the beach chairs, the friendly reception staff etc. We have visited about 8 times in recent years (even Covid) and it never disappoints!

My door to back private patio was in need of repair so no entry - they did what they could. Some concern about musty smell on property - it was not as extreme as What i’ve been exposed to b4 but am struggling with myscotoxins in system.

Ambiance, Spaciousness of site, SAL:TWater POOLS, staff was exceptiponal. Thank you.

The private patio area needed a ceiling fan to detour the mosquitoes. Everything else was great.

Location is amazing. Bed was super comfy. The two salt water pools were well maintained and clean. Quiet and peaceful. I'll stay again. The room had beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach tote!
