The waterpark water always seems to be so cold to anyone but kids. The pool and hot tub in the water park temperature is perfect. But in the room the back room of my suite lights didn't work off the light switch. One not at all the other was like a night light. The plug of the tub leaked badly hard to give kids a bath. The toilet wouldn't flush paper or solids wasnt clogged but wouldn't flush right. The toilet paper holder was broken. The crib I was provided was broken and wouldn't lock into position on one side and one of the supporting legs for the middle was twisted sideways

We love the waterpark right there for the kids.

cleanliness was poor. Floor was extremely dirty. Needs painting inside like door trim and wall covering had grime on it. Bathroom needs new flooring.

The indoor pool was cold and cloudy, the indoor hottub was cold and cloudy, the outdoor pool was a good temp, the outdoor hottub was yellow and had a very strong odor, and we reported it twice, and no one ever did anything. The parking is absolutely ridiculous (the lines need to be redone) The waterpark was extremely crowded.

We like the room size. The one we got for a family of 5 was a queen beds, king bed, sofa bed, and had a small kitchenette.

The room was not clean, spider webs and dead flies everywhere in room. Couldn’t open bathroom door all the way due to shower curtain, food left under dressers, and beds were hard as rocks.

The water park was fun.

They definetly need to step up the cleaning, in both the water park and rooms. Need to keep up on chemicals filters bathrooms ect in the water area, couch and carpets throughout the halls and rooms were stained. Have a huge breakfast area that goes unused.

At one point this was a really nice hotel, and the water park is nice. Great location love that I could see the lake from the balcony, can't get that for under 100$ anywhere else.

Room was dirty. Cracker crumbs on floor next to bed. Sink dirty- hair in it. Toilet had dried feces on rim. Complained to staff, even had him look at it and nothing done. Pool water didn’t look clean either…

It's not very well maintained, wall paper is peeling of the walls hole in screen door, the water park smelled like a swamp, nobody told us that you had to ask for clean towels if you needed them or that they don't clean your room if you are there for a week,

Didn’t offer breakfast. Coffee was limited to only 11:00 am they only had two pots then you had to wait for someone to make it if it was empty. Some staff was a little short if you asked a question. I asked for a AAA discount and was told because the paper work and price was already entered I couldn’t get it. The screen was torn and the sliding door would not lock. We told them the very first day and said they would take care of it. We also added one more night, which was supposed to give me the AAA discount and they did not. The front desk person told me that it was but it was the price they quoted me when I called to add the day. Again, I told the front desk about the screen and the door for the third time I was told they would note it.

It was a nice location, the kids enjoyed the water park. The room was comfortable only wish they had a desk with a nice chair. The chair was like a kitchen chair and very stained.
