The curtain was nasty as if someone had vomit on them and the floor in the corner. I have pictures. My stomach is weak and every time I look at it I wanted to vomited

I had to ask for towels every day. There was no microwave. There was no refrigerator.

Housekeeping did not do a good job. Did not empty trash cans, I received less towels than the day before. Warm water instead of hot water when showering.

Noisy airconditioner won’t let you sleep at night. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Caused me back pain. No bar fridge to keep any food. Hopeless menu in the restaurant for vegetarians. Short staffed hotel

The location of the hotel is not good. I had to walk several blocks to get an Uber due to traffic or hotel drop offs. Cars were double parked and sometimes triple parked. There was only 2 men working the front valet parking and it was a college and professional football game weekend.

The room was okay. The room was fairly clean. The hot water was great!

Our room 617, didn’t have hot water Saturday night, December 9 and Sunday morning December 10th. It was reported Saturday night and nothing was done about it.

Convenience. Was in walking distance to several places including bourbon street.

The attitudes of some of the staff were ridiculous, they should know what to expect being it was bayou classic weekend. I understand if they were overwhelmed but simmer down a bit and maybe next year take off so you won’t have to deal with a lot of people.

I liked how much space we had in our room, we were able to accommodate everyone who came with us

The toilet stopped flushing and had to go through hell just to get maintenance and still didn’t receive help in time.

The presence of the sheriff department in the lobby and by the main entrance. It made us feel safe. The hotel was very nice and quiet.

When we got there on Friday evening, we were told valet was full. They told us to go to a parking garage on Jefferson st, when we got there, the lady told us it was full. We went back to the hotel and they then gave us another parking lot to go to and it was full which was very frustrating at that point.. however, we ended up parking several streets down from the hotel and had to walk with our luggage.

The AC in my room wasn’t working, when I arrived the room was very cold, I called the front desk and they sent a guy that didn’t know anything and couldn’t fix. And in middle of the night the room started getting hot and we couldn’t cool down. The hotel never offered to change us to another room with a working AC.

The Business Center was poorly maintained, and no one was responsible for it at the hotel. Computer Access was slow, the printer toner was out, the printer was out of paper and the Front desk couldn't help resolve the problems.

The location is right in the heart of the City and Bourdon Steet. Able to get around the area without any issues.

Cleaning personnel talking loudly in the hallway in the morning the first day (it woke us up), and knocking on our door on the 2nd day at 9 am (even though check out is at 11 am…) ! That should not happen… Can hear the noise from the street. Depends on the noise tolerance you have (it was fine for us though).

Clean, close to Bourbon street. Felt safe.

HVAC system made TOo much noise Maintenance came to room and said to shut off unit to reset , minutes later it started making noises. Woke up around midnight , could not go back to sleep

Air conditioner wouldn’t turn down cold enough and seem to only kick on if you got up like it was on a motion detector. Also we had to get up in the middle of the night because the alarm went off. The whole process was very confusing.

You need refrigerators in the rooms for people who have medication that needs to be cold.
