Not so close to another room that was booked prior to my checking in plus a very long walk from the elevator

room was very nice, clean , holiday inn quality room, was put all the way down the hall away from elevator down by a room that had music playing loud from the hall as well as hearing it in my bathroom. Also could hear everything going on in the hallway.. don't know why we needed to be so close to another room when the hotel was by no means full. It was a sunday nite. Lved the dove products in the bathroom!

The AC was too loud while it was on and it needed a repair. We found a few hair on a bath towel which we were not expecting.

We have been there many times and have never seen the "mini-market" in the lobby so empty! Maybe the most recent guests really cleaned it out ? There is still hot, good coffee free in the lobby, but it would be really great if there were also an urn of hot water as well. And on other visits I have seen yogurts and croissants and morning pastries for sale in the lobby, near the complimentary coffee.

Breakfast was fine - we like self service but there were also people there to help, when I could not find cold water. We have stayed here many times and is always wonderful. We especially like that ALL rooms now have refrigerators, coffeemakers and microwaves. Also, I must say that another visitor in my family group had an "accident" during the night but his nurse/companion had very good help and cooperation from the Housekeeping staff in cleaning up. Thank you! We also came back 2 days later for another night and requested a late check out for our rooms because of a late afternoon flight, We very much appreciate getting the late checkout for one room to make it easy to store luggage, go shopping and leave late for a comforable drive to the airport.

No in-room safe and the bar was closed on Sunday.

I Always stay with you when i go to NJ, flying into Newark The staff is always super friendly and helpful, i love how ALL the rooms have microwaves, refrigs and coffee machines and how hot coffee is always available at front desk. Suggestion: an electric urn for hot water to make tea, also, near front desk - and stock up on more goodies in the mini-shop in the lobby - it had been picked clean on our last visit! ... The rooms are BIG, the cleanliness is impeccable, there are 36 cable channels, the shopping in the area is fabulous. My only complaint is that THERE ARE NO IN-ROOM SAFES for valuables and documents. For those of us who come from overseas with documents we cannot travel without (and who have been pickpocketed and/or robbed in foreign cities) it would be a great convenience and comfort.
