Though the breakfast was good, the wait staff did not seem very welcoming to kids. It is set in the back of the in-house restaurant (which was admittedly a little fancy). It felt like the hostess did not like kids.

Family were on our way home on a road trip and this was the perfect surprise for the kids to get their wiggles out with.

The "included" breakfast was at the hotels restaurant, the wait time was long and not very practical with kids. The second day we opted to go out instead, which isn't ideal seeing as breakfast was included in our room cost. The restaurant was understaffed and doing the best they could, I just wish there was an easier/faster option for kids/families.

Very nice place to stay, with an incredible pool! My toddler had a blast. It was still a nice hotel but kid friendly, clean and up to date!

The bar staff needs more training in client relations and communications skills. I was prejudged by my biking attire, I had just arrived at the hotel and had just checked in. I was hot and sweaty, and my hair was a mess. I was curious about the quality of restaurant; wine is very important to me when dining out. When I was inquiring about the wine, I asked, "What wines do you carry?" He started naming off the variety of glass wine they served. "We have Cabernet, Chardonay... by the glass" when he had finished, I guess after a long ride, I was a bit irritable. I responded with "do you have a wine list; do you carry bottled wines?" "Oh, yes we do." "I can afford a bottle of wine." It was tactless, perhaps on both our parts.

It's new, everything is new, and it hit high marks on everything but A well trained staff, they will get there, I am sure of it. Its big pull is the pool and slides and so on, great for family stuff. I am a single man who has no children, my playing days are well past. :-)

Everything was great. The price seems a little bit high, but it doesn’t stop us from going once or twice a year because it is a memorable staycation spot. The meal at Fyre was a bit of a dud, but we eat there regularly and know that is a one off. We will certainly be back. Thank you for the hospitality!
