Paying for valet. Pool area was small and non-guests were allowed to use pool. Music was a bit too loud even up on 5th floor in our room.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Wait staff were very pleasant.

Restaurant. Food was average Staff was average (to slow even when the reataurant was empty) Hotel Structure felt old. Smell was bot the best (specially a Gas Smell)

The hallway had a rancid fish smell the whole week, but thankfully not our room. The restaurant is great, but no gluten free alternatives. Only thing I could eat at the hotel due to my gluten allergies was breakfast.

The location is perfect, not only because you’re on the beach but you are right off the highway and it’s easy to get places. There are plenty of restaurants near by. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The room was a great size, bed was super comfortable, and smelled good. The balcony was a huge plus, I loved sitting out looking at the ocean.

It’s an older hotel and some of the rooms have a cavelike feel with no view of the water unless you go outdoors . Also features in the room like ac and shades on the windows are not intuitive.

The beachfront location was the primary attraction to this property. Also I ended up here unexpectedly when my car broke down and I needed to stay overnight. The room was so so but the staff was amazing! They saw I was stressed out and immediately offered me free drinks and a complimentary breakfast for the next day. The beachfront cafe was lovely and good food and charming guests rescued my day, This was not the first time this hotel made me feel special and cared for. I recommend it highly.

There were no carts available when it was time to check out. Parking fees are terrible They need a side table for the chair in the room.

Pool is strange it’s between two buildings that cast mostly shade over the pool. My room had an issue with the AC and the toilet had to be flushed more than once each time it was used.

Front desk personnel were fun, easy to talk to, and gave good recommendations on local places to go to. Facilities were generally clean. Hotel shuttle was really convenient in that you can schedule rides within a file mile radius into town and back to hotel

Room too loud when band set up. I was fortunate that weather stopped band after 1 hour. I wanted quiet room for peaceful stay not room by band.

I did not have a good view of the ocean, my room was over a roof, the roof fans were louder than the ocean. I feel like I should have had a better view from my balcony for how much I paid. Also, it's valet parking, so if (when) we forgot something in the car, we had to bug them to go back to the car.

I loved my bed! Breakfast by the ocean was amazing. The restaurant on-site was fantastic. There was a band on Friday night, which we enjoyed.

When we checked in the bathroom floor had water all over and towels on the floor. The room was definitely not ready for us to check in.

When we arrived at the restaurant, there was no body at the receiving desk to seat us. We had to go to the front desk to asked for help. We then got help immediately. The food and the service was very good.

The desk staff was very attentive and professional. The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast was meh. The waffle batter had been sitting overnight since the previous morning and the waitress said it just needed to be stirred. A cook showed up to bring new batter. We didn’t like not having access to our vehicle without going through the valet. Nothing is within walking distance so it kept us doing everything we could during our once daily car trip. We didn’t go to dinner because the only restaurant was the same one from breakfast.

The corner balcony room had a great view. A maintenance worker came right away to change the thermostat so we could have it cooler. The bed was very comfortable

Parking across the street, no microwave but they did bring one up, fridge was leaking and has apparently been leaking for a while, pool closes early, in room 555 you can’t hardly open and close the door without putting your entire body weight into opening it and closing it..
