Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Walked in the room the fridge had thawed out water all over the floor bathroom handle broken could not lock the door. Elevator buttons missing facility was extremely dirty. Everybody walking mud through the building.

Handicap room, no chair for my mom to sit in. But gentlemen did let me take a chair in the room but still wasn't comfortable. breakfast wasn't very good. No plug-in for coffee pot to completely move it across the room was a spider and some dirt under my pillow. I could hear kids screaming in the middle of the night down the hallways.

The room was gross so many dead bugs on the counter in the tub we didn’t even use the tub because it just didn’t seem clean. The bed also had a few dead bugs in it also. Really need to work harder on cleaning the rooms.
It looks like they are trying to make updates. It was so pretty for Christmas. The staff were sweet.

There was not a hair dryer in our room. I didn't realize this until after I got out of the shower with wet hair. I called the front desk and was told they don't have even one dryer in the hotel. Luckily I was able to borrow one. They have a limited choice of breakfast items. The rooms don't have lamps, just light bars on the walls.

housekeeping staff seemed under the influence of something, not alcohol. I left a do not disturb sign on the door even if I left. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything of value in the room if I was not in there.

It was dirty. Cigarette burns in the counters. Remote didn’t work. Bathroom needed cleaning. WiFi didn’t work. No regular coffee. Open drain hole in the hallway to the room. The whole place was a disappointment from when we walked in.

Too bad! Many issues, starting with a toilet not flashing that they could not repair, dirty sheets, old cheap towels, breakfast for birds, not hygienic in the room the smells, lizard in the bathroom.. to list a few

It was very dirty,the floor was constantly wet from the humidity, bed was old and hard. Check in and out took too long waiting on the clerk to navigate the hotel computers.
It was in a nice location for getting out of town easily.

House keeping came and took the comforter and sheets and never returned them. Thankfully Walmart was near so i got some of my own.

Had a emergency and had to check out 2 days early with 1 hr anticipation and staff just refunded 1 day after saying they where refunding me for 2. You'll never get your money back no matter what situation your encounting from this money hungry hotel.👎👎👎
