Stunning location, warm and friendly owners for whom nothing was too much trouble. Homely rooms with large beds, the softest bedding and Smart-tvs. Excellent home made, gluten free breakfast. The best stay of our entire trip.

The hosts Teresa and Daniel made us very welcome, the breakfast and the takeaway brunch they gave us for our early morning manatee trip were both delicious. They really went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. The coffee in the room was very good.

It was a 15 to 20 minute ride back into Crystal River, where most of the restaurants were but we found this wonderful little place close to the Lullaby called Backwater Fins. The Lowcountry boil was unbelievable. Also, the shrimp stuffed appetizer with the blue crab bisque was to die for.

The location was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the screen porch and comfortable chairs. The property was a little hard to get to, but it was well worth it.

A True Gem This B&B is a magical retreat blending culture, culinary artistry, and natural beauty. Teresa and Daniel, the warm and talented hosts, have poured their love of travel into four uniquely themed, whimsical rooms that are perfectly equipped for comfort. Nestled in serene nature just 18 minutes from Crystal River, we woke to the songs of birds and the splashes of dolphins. Breakfasts here are truly special. We were treated to a Pavlova with fresh fruit, a zucchini and cheese frittata, homemade jams, and delightful cakes—each crafted with love. In the evenings, we had the pleasure of watching Teresa and Daniel prepare the next day’s delicacies while enjoying the melodies of tango music. The property offers pristine views, a charming enclosed porch, and easy access to local activities like manatee watching and scalloping. Staying here was a joy, and we’re already planning our return. Truly unforgettable!

Absolutely, nothing!

The breakfast was so good as well as a very beautiful presentation. Table was always so nice with decorations for Halloween and the season. Wonderful hosts, Teresa and Daniel!

Breakfasts and snack trays were amazing with all top quality products used. Very special when served on the porch in such a fabulous location. Daniel and Teresa went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms were beautifully decorated, large and very comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like was we didn’t get to spend enough time there

The breakfast was awesome. Very impressed. Teresa and Daniel were awesome host. I like iced coffee so they made me some and the next day they had some available for me for breakfast. The view was awesome. If you are looking for a peaceful tranquil getaway, this is the place to be. They will bend over backwards for you.

The owners opened this property in 2019 and have done an outstanding job of creating a wonderful retreat in an outstanding location. The 2nd floor deck outside the rooms is long and comfortably furnished for relaxtion, meeting fellow guests and observing the back waters of this area. Spotted a dolphin the other afternoon from the deck. The breakfasts were very well done and inviting. The four suites are spacious and furnished with memorabilia and CD's to fit their particular mood.

The room is very charming and comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful and prepares a delicious brekfast, taking care of our specific wishes (for example she prepared me a keto breakfast on demand) The place is charming with a direct access to the water. There is a game room that is very appreciated by children. I highly recommend Crystal River Lula B&B

Quiet clean B&B with amazing views. The owners are so friendly and go above and beyond for their guests. The breakfast provided was healthy, gluten free and delicious with beautiful presentation. The beds alone are worth the stay here so comfy!!! You can tell the owners care about their guests and love what they do.

We like everything about this stay. We have zero complaints.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were nicely decorated and had great amenities. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious each day. They were accommodating to our scheduled activities.
