Excellent Host

Outside yard not clean (may not be theirs, didn't ask) and neighborhood not clean as well. Also, air conditioner was a bit too cold but at least not on late at night while sleeping.

We liked that it was clean and that they had a lovely lady come clean. The owner was very good and welcomed us and was accommodating. Also store not far to go shop.

The front door was a little confusing but I got used to it

I like how organized it is, everyone has their own space and you wouldn’t know your in a house with 3 other people with how quiet it is

Only one thing I didn't like was a quest there that walked around half dress everything else was good

The place was good and the location was great for getting around I asked about the heat the host turned up the heat some and offered to get me a heater he was very nice.

Being in a minus seven degres Celsius, we found the heater system to be a bit loud, specially late at night. However it far better to put up with that noice than freezing!

Premises very close to EWR airport, close so many restaurants and easily accessible. My partner and I always enjoy dinner out, however we shop locally to be able to cook breakfast at the premises. Management and other occupants were nice to be with.

I really have no complaints... I found the place to be great... the staff was very accommodating and the host is friendly and gracious... one of the best BnB stays I've had

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL....it is very very clean... the rooms are comfortable and cozy... they even had a couch and coffee table in the room!!! It really felt like a home away from home... I will recommend to friends and family....and I'll definitely come again

I came when it was raining hard and cold currents from Helene Harricane effects. He made quick hurry to provide me with a heater and enjoyed my night. Best host in New Jersey. Its a walking distance to metro and would come late at night with train.

I booking room in new York, Aug 10 received this email update the room in Newark, NJ, make me no choice spend lot money have to rent the car drive to new york , and also the room windows is broken, the room key is not working, , waste of my time

My room was changed at the last minute. I reserved a room for my brother-in-law to stay in for a night. He was visiting from Canada. The host contacted me on the day I was supposed to check in telling me that the room had to be changed. I informed him that if I did not like the room I would request a refund since this was not the room of my choice. He assured me that this room was better than the original one. I trusted his word. However, when I arrived at the house I found the bed unkept and there was a soda bottle on the bedside table! I couldn't believe this was happening! It looked as if someone was staying there so I left immediately. I thought I had entered someone's room. I had to get to work so I took my in-law to my place and dropped him off. If I stayed around any longer I might have been late. On my way driving to work I messaged the host and told him about the situation. He told me to take another room in the house but it was too late. I had already left. The neighborhood was creepy and my in-law was afraid because it was his first time in America. There were creepy people walking the streets and there was a bar across the street. Therefore, when I entered the room and saw the condition I was afraid that the occupant would return and find me there. When I arrived at work the host called me and offered to give my in-law another room. He offered to pick him up and take him there. He told me that the cleaner did not clean the room he gave me. However, it was too late because the damage was already done. I wasn't about to move my in-law again at the time of night. It was about 11 o'clock or so. I'm still waiting for my refund. The host told me to request it from Booking.com which I did. I was inconvenienced and disappointed.

I liked the fact that the host attempted to correct his mistake.

I didnt like that the owner said to my partner when he was outside smoking a cigarette who he was and what he was doing over there he doesnt let anyone "like that" stay. He said it to me also again. You dont judge people because of how they look. Thats a mechanical engineer who makes 6 figures. Also the bathroom could be a little more cleaner. When my guy pulled the toilet seat it was nasty.

The bed was comfortable. It was a comfortable stay. It was clean and the bread bakery next door omg is so good and smells so good. Its very quiet also.
