A well-maintained condo, responsive management, a convenient location, and a friendly community. Highly recommended to the Family that looking for place to stay for vacation.

Unit needs updating. Oven and stove top in poor condition. Carpeting was stained in places. Linens were clean but old towels were clean but thin. Donate outside was very poor. The road sign was covered by the bushes and impossible to see at night. Sign o. The building was not well lit very difficult to see at night

Televisions did not work as expected. One remote didn't have batteries. One of the other tv's we couldn't get the channel to change.

Beautiful views. The section of the beach was less crowded. Customer support was very helpful.

We struggled with having ice every day to pack our cooler for the beach. The ice maker was only making a small amount and there was only two ice trays in the freezer to refill.

Perfect location. We loved the smaller unit so the beach was not as crowded. Beautiful view.

I rented 3 condos. We love the location and the staff is very friendly. I rented the larger rooms for myself and family so we wouldn't need to sleep in living rooms. I thought 307 had more beds. Could have been cleaner and furniture in my condo was worn. Love the location though so I will be back.

The kitchen light was not working properly.

It had quick service, and the check in time was 4pm but we checked in at 11:30am.

Tub did not look clean. Shower curtain was awful. Standing water when you took a shower. Washing machine inside outer rim was dirty.

Great location. Enjoyed private beach, beach chairs and umbrellas. Staff was wonderful.

I never received a text telling me when I could access the room, like I was supposed to get. Therefore it was well after the 4pm check in when we was able to get in.

We had no internet access which was HUGE inconvenience! The network name provide to us wasn't listed. We called 3 or 4 times and at the end we had to use our neighbors network name, and password provided by Vacasa. Sometime we had access with it, sometimes we didn't. If you are desperate you could pay Cox StraightUp for hotspot access at an additional charge which I did on one day but I shouldn't have to do that. I work remote and would like to consider this property/unit for a future stay because we were so comfortable here however without Internet access this would definitely not work for me.

This unit was VERY comfortable and roomy. The master bed was so comfortable as well as the couch which was perfect as we like to lounge after a day at the beach. We were very comfortable here! The view and location was perfection! If you are a middle class traveler you will be very happy here. The patio has ample seating and a table however I wish it had a outdoor lounger or zero gravity chair to relax on the patio. I might bring my own next time.

The wifi was terrible, that's my only complaint. The bedroom could use room darkening blinds, or some curtains, but....that's really no big issue, just a suggestion.

The location and the view were both beyond perfect! Loved that two chairs & an umbrella were included with our stay. The condo was cozy, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo has a lot of pluses but the decor is a minus. Very dated and Brown everything. The couch was horrible. The cushions are like flying off of it. It seems old. We covered it with sheets to sit on it and again no pillows for it so it hurt your back after you were there for a half hour. The breakfast chairs have nasty stained cushions we would not use them. The beds had sheets and then this little thin cover like an old hospital spread. Try something fluffy and thicker. The pillows were like down so they flattened out easily. The kitchen had one pan to cook eggs and it had seen its better days. The kitchen hen was lacking in cooking supplies. The carpet upstairs is nasty and going into the bathroom is just yucky. Thankfully the kids were up there- haha. The downstairs bathroom vanity needs to be replaced. It is brown- shocker and you could tell it had been colored with a marker it had so many areas of color missing. Get a new one and give the toilet more space the toilet paper holder is literally up against you. Now that I say that- eww. Don’t get me completely wrong the view and closeness to the beach supersede all of this but these could be improvements. Would be nice to have a place to hang beach towels. Maybe another hook in bathroom for towels on wall? New updated Art would be awesome too.

The views were awesome besides the old posts from a pier in front of us. The closeness to the beach was awesome. Loved that the pool was newly renovated. Loves the space and privacy in the condo that it held. Loves the two bedrooms. Kitchen was nice. Clean upon arrival. Beds were decently comfortable. Loved all the extra bath towels. Nice to have enough toilet paper and sponge and soap upon arrival. Liked having shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I liked being close to Destin and Miramar. Parking seemed like we always found a spot. The workers were very pleasant and would have conversations on elevators. Loved having an elevator. It was nice to have ice in freezer. Liked the little table on patio to have your coffee in the morning.

Our specific condo needed some TLC, there was a ton of garbage, not food, stuck in the disposal, the main door frame was broken badly and didn’t lock as well as it should’ve (someone was supposed to come in our second day and never did), and the finishes need updated (trim, paint, doors, wires showing, (the inside of a bottom kitchen cabinet had completely collapsed due to water damage I’m guessing))

The view of the beach was wonderful and the size of the complex was perfect, not too many rooms meant not a ton of people crammed on the beach. The umbrella and chairs were setup everyday and really convenient.
